Enjoy an exceptional stay in this magnificent air-conditioned villa in Lumio, offered for rent by Cocoonr/Book&Pay. Offering breathtaking sea views and located close to the beach, it features a private swimming pool. With a surface area of 270 m² spread over two levels, it can accommodate up to 12 guests. There are five bedrooms, including a suite, each with its own en-suite shower room. You'll also appreciate a spacious 90 m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen and a 1,850 m² garden. Wi-Fi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we look forward to offering you an interlude of luxury and serenity.

Upper floor:
- A 90 m² living room equipped with a TV, a two-way sofa, two coffee tables and a fireplace.
- A dining area perfect for gathering around a good meal, with a breathtaking view of the sea from the bay windows.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

For optimum comfort, the owners have carefully selected additional equipment such as a barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- Take a dip in the 14 m² private swimming pool, open all year round, heated from April to October and secured by an electric shutter for your comfort, or treat yourself to a moment of pure relaxation in the outdoor stone bathtub.
- Enjoy a superb 1,850 m² garden and a spacious 100 m² south-facing terrace, furnished with garden furniture. Numerous outdoor spaces invite you to recharge your batteries in this idyllic setting, offering panoramic sea views and exclusive access to the beach via a private staircase.

The villa is ideally located in Lumio, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You'll benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
