This single level home boasts an open floor plan, a large two car garage, four bedrooms in the main house and a separate studio / office complete with a kitchenette.
Casa Serena has a showcase gourmet kitchen completed in 2020.
Custom shelving, wooden shutters and fresh landscaping are just some of the other improvements.
The flat, entirely usable lot enjoys a gorgeous outdoor fireplace and dining area, multiple patios and a newly installed turf side yard.
