Kitchen and Dining Room - Fully equipped, modern kitchen with all the tools and gadgets necessary to make fabulous meals. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island perfect for gathering and sharing memories. You will find a full coffee station for pour-over coffee. The dining room is adjacent to the fire place so that you can entertain next to the cozy fire. Picturesque view of the hill and all the ponds from the kitchen window.

Laundry - Large load washer and dryer are located in the basement along with laundry supplies.

Living Room - Well-lit central area, perfect for congregating for games or falling asleep watching a movie. Huge Restoration Hardware leather couch and flat screen smart TV (please bring your streaming credentials to enjoy.). There is an elegant iron Vintage fireplace to enjoy in the winter.

Master Bedroom - Thuma King bed with foam mattress. Attached master bathroom has both shower and whirlpool bathtub with dual jets and temperature controls. Linens and en-suite TV. Large closet in the room.

Lower Level Bedroom - Queen bed with foam mattress and en-suite bathroom. Large windows overlooking the lawn with privacy blinds

Upper level Bedroom - Features Crate and Barrel double twin beds with memory mattresses. Large windows overlooking the lawn with privacy blinds. En-suite bathroom.

Upper level office and bonus room - Features an electric standing desk, a wall mounted tv that can serve as a large monitor for remote working. There is also a futon in this room that can be used for sleeping.

Wifi & Speakers- The farmhouse has high speed Wifi and we have added smart devices located throughout the house.

Heating and Cooling - Brand-new HVAC system with multi-zone AC and heat controlled by a Nest thermostat as well as some baseboard heaters. In the winter, you will also have the wood burning stoves and fireplace to maximize comfort in our historic home. We provide plenty of free firewood for guests.
