Panoramic views from oceanfront duplex of the family friendly Emerald Isle beach. Sit on the deck and watch the kid playing on the sand. The high elevation gives you a bird eye view of the golden sand. Watch the sun rise in the east and set over the pier in the west. The deck is very private as you enjoy your family time together. Stroll down the pathway to the beach.
The Duplex is 1.4 miles from the stores and restaurants. Bikes lanes or a golf cart ride away.

The living area is bright and airy. There is a queen bedroom on the main level with access to bathroom. Upstairs there is a king bedroom, queen bedroom and bunk beds. Ride your bikes to the pier, crazy golf, local gift shops, restaurants and stores. Outdoor shower, gas grill, bikes and kayaks for you to use.

Linens are included. Beds are make upon arrival.

A week in paradise

Amazing house with incredible beach views, especially every morning waking up. House had everything we needed and more. Location was incredible, really enjoyed being able to bike places and walk right onto the beach. House was both beautiful and comfortable!

Great Property

Property was very clean and spacious! Our family really enjoyed our time there! One big bonus is all the different things they provide for you to use (kayaks, boogie boards, chairs, etc) this was definitely great! Would stay again!

Great ocean view

This place has great ocean views. House is a little worn but I wouldn't let that keep you from staying there.

Week at the beach

We stayed for a week in mid August. Thr beach was almost empty and very relaxing. We sat on the deck and watched the meteor shower. Lovely house and location.

We really enjoyed out stay at this beach house. It has gorgeous views and you are literally steps away from the sand and surf. The "extras" like beach toys and chairs were greatly appreciated, as well as the availability to sign in to our favorite streaming channels at night. It is conveniently located to just about everything. House was extremely clean and well laid out for our needs. We had six adults and one child and we were very happy! The host is quick to reply to any messages.

The good and the bad

Great deck and view. Bed mattress way to firm. Tons of beach chairs, kayaks, and beach activites in the storage room to use. Dishwasher upper tray was broken. Very easy to communicate with owner and timely responses. I would stay there again.

Great vacation rental

The house was comfortable for our family. We spent a lot of time on the deck, enjoying the ocean view, mornings afternoons & in the evenings, when we weren’t on the beach. The beach chairs, sand toys, buggy boards were great bonuses that added to our ocean experience.

Perfect Spot

We have been renting beach houses on the NC coast for the past several years and this one was by far the best. Wonderful views, great house, and all of the "little things" that the owner had in the house for us (linens, bicycles, beach chairs, all the streaming apps installed on the tv, kitchen/laundry/bath essentials, etc.) really made it feel like home. All we had to do was show up and enjoy our vacation. Thanks for a great visit!

Amazing views

The views of the beach from the porch can’t be beat! And, you are literally steps away from the water. Duplex is laid out well to maximize space and comfort. Lots of “little” touches included like bikes, boogie boards, kayaks, shampoo, paper products, and soap. Owner is communicative and clearly cares a great deal about the renters having a great experience!

Amazing Beach Vacation!

We had a wonderful week at this awesome property. You can’t get any closer to the beach on Emerald Isle. The house was clean, well put together, and easy to find and had everything we needed for the week. The owner Anne was always quick to respond if we had any questions. The whole process was easy and straight forward as well. We would definitely recommend this rental and will try to use it again in the future.

Misleading description

The location was great, although we thought we were getting the entire home, as it states on VRBO. Instead it was a duplex. The images show the entire house, both decks, and what appears to be two kitchens. One kitchen having a stainless steel fridge and another with a white fridge. Turns out they’re just pics. Also there are sliding glass doors leading in and out of each bedroom upstairs, and no mention of that in the description.

Lovely, comfortable home steps from the beach!

We have just returned from a wonderful and relaxing stay at this lovely home. Perfect for a family getaway. The location is AMAZING...literally right on the beach. One set of stairs and your feet are in the sand. Plus lovely views, ocean breezes, and the sound of waves crashing. The house is just two blocks away from the wonderful Emerald paved biking path which is great for walking, running, and biking. An easy trip into town for shrimp burgers or ice cream or to the point of Emerald Isle. We found this house to be spacious, clean and comfortable. Linens and towels were fresh and beds were comfortable. The kitchen is compact but very well equipped for a rental. We found everything we needed for cooking several meals in, plus some added bonuses including multiple coffee maker options, a crockpot, and a George Foreman grill. Nice new large refrigerator. Comfortable sofas and a nice big tv for watching movies plus a strong wifi connection. The outdoor grill, several bicycles, and the kayaks all available for us to use were added bonuses! Anne, the owner, was very friendly and accomodating. She responded quickly to our questions before and during our stay. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

I am from Ireland and fell in love with my new Emerald Isle. My husband and I moved to Winston Salem, NC 20 years ago. We have been going to Emerald Isle with our two boys as babies. We love watching them grow over the years. Playing in the sand, boogies boarding on the surf. We love the nature, and tranquility of the beach. In the morning I enjoy my coffee on the deck watching the sun rise. A stroll to the pier with the sand on my feet. Watching a pod of dolphins playing as a flock of pelicans fly over. The unspoiled beautiful is why we love the isle. Our neighborhood consists of single family homes. A great place to bike to stores and restaurants.
