The photos of this home are excellent, but don’t do it justice! The rooms are more spacious than they appear. We have 42 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked and large, with two fridges and two dishwashers. We would definitely stay here again.

Did not disappoint

This is our 2nd time staying on this property and we loved it as much as the first time. The view can not be beat and the accommodations for a large group is great. Love the king size beds and baths in the bedrooms and many different gathering spots so you don't feel crowded. The yard is what the kids like the best and the movie room. I personally love the kitchen with plenty of space to cook and prepare meals for 30 people. The Host is always available to remedy any issues and we truly appreciate that.

Beautiful Luxury Mountain Retreat

Outlook Lodge is a beautiful luxury mountain home with an incredible view of Bear Lake. There was an amazing well thought out layout that fit our young extended family of twenty with plenty of room to spare. Great family memories made!

Thanksgiving at the Cabin

This cabin is perfect! So fun for our family of 45 from ages of 2-70! The kitchen is stocked with so many things which we appreciated to help for thanksgiving the kids loved sledding in the yard and playing in the basement! Beautiful cabin! Would definitely stay again! And owners are great to work with!!

Great place for a large group

We had our family reunion here. There were 35 of us. Plenty of rooms and beds. All the rooms have king beds which is awesome! Lots of bunk beds. Most of us were adults and large teenagers. It was a little tricky getting some of the bigger kids into the bunks. But the littles were no problem. There are some mats for the floor also. There wasn’t any bedding left for the mats but the owners did bring some sheets the next day. If you’re planning to use the floor mats I’d just recommend bringing some blankets. Great lawn space for games. Tons of parking. Overall it we loved it!

Family Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The home is beautiful and clean. Had beautiful views. We had a large group, and it accommodated us all so well. The kids loved all the bunk bed layouts. Definitely want to come back here again.

70th Birthday Family reunion

The house is gorgeous with plenty of room for large groups. We all enjoyed sitting on the deck gazing at the lake and visiting. Several enjoyed a dip in the spa in the evenings. We cooked all meals in the spacious kitchen and the kitchen had everything we needed except a wine opener. The grill outside was perfect and Travis had a full tank of propane which was great!The kids all enjoyed the theater room and the corn hole and ping pong tables etc in the garage. If you are coming out of state as we did just be prepared that there are no beach accessories such as towels or chairs or umbrellas. We could not find anywhere to rent them in town. We really loved this house and I would love to rent it again. Thank you Travis

We had our family reunion l here with our very large family. We had plenty of space and plenty to do. Lovely home, gorgeous views, and so close to everything. We would highly recommend it! We’d happily go there again.

Spring Break

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is beautiful and well-stocked, with activities for the kids and plenty of beds and bathrooms. There was a problem with the hot tub and the host took care of it quickly and with minimal disruption. We'd definitely stay here again!

We found the property to be excellent with most of all the amenities that we wanted. During our stay, one of the refrigerators started to malfunction, but it still kept things cool enough. It will need some help.

Ideal family reunion spot

This house has a great location and the most amazing view of the lake and valley. The lay out is perfect for a large group (we had 36 people) Plenty of room to eat together, play games , puzzles, movie watching and visiting. Lots of room outside for corn hole and spike ball. We would definitely go back.

We know that having the right space can help create priceless memories. We wanted to be close to town, but not too close.
