Journey Through Time in the Heart of Downtown Palmer!

Step into a living museum where the future meets the past—and every moment is a cinematic adventure! This is the perfect escape for sci-fi enthusiasts, movie lovers, and history buffs of all ages.

Imagine waking up in a room inspired by your favorite time travel films, with panoramic mountain views, whimsical gardens, and a charming downtown just steps away. This extraordinary second-story suite is more than lodging—it is your private time machine, designed by a former Walt Disney Imagineer to spark joy, wonder, and nostalgia.

What Awaits You:

• An Era for Every Room – Travel from the Victorian West of Back to the Future 3 to the mind-bending world of Twelve Monkeys, then skip across the multiverse beneath glowing stars and mechanical marvels.

• Two Enchanting Bedrooms – Sleep up to four adults (plus 2 children) in beautifully themed rooms, each with a private bath. A secret Micro-verse hideaway offers a bonus bed for a truly tiny traveler.

• Rainy Day Fun – With games galore and immersive details everywhere, even a storm feels like part of the adventure.

Delicious Breakfast with a Twist – Start your day with a “Hill Valley Breakfast Sandwich” and one of “Clara’s Soufflés,” served in a 1950s dining parlor where your hostess does the dishes. Food is stocked at the beginning of your stay to be sure your arrival is a happy one, and there's plenty for several days, depending on your appetite.

Whimsical Features to Discover:

• The Luggage Lift – A delightful mini ride that carries your bags to the upper level.

•The Doctor's Landing - An assortment of memorabilia for Doctor Who fans.

• The Paradox Parlor – A mid-century tribute to the strange tale of Twelve Monkeys.

• The Hill Valley Continuum – Doc & Clara's Victorian honeymoon suite for Back to the Future 3 fans.

• The Multiverse Room – With twin beds, a starry ceiling, and a convertible Micro-verse closet-bedroom.

• The Quantum Realm Bathroom – Kid-friendly, with a nod to Quantum Leap and a step stool for your littlest travelers.

Your visit begins with a welcome video to help you make the most of your short stay. My cleaning ritual includes a state-of-the-art UV sanitizing light, ensuring a safe, 99% germ-free experience.

Carol is a wonderful host. Unique and fun theme. Incredible breakfast included. Carol goes out of her way to accommodate any need her guests may have. It would be a great place to go back to if only we didn't live so far away.

This place is very unique. The theme of time travel is well thought out and is presented well. It makes for an interesting stay. Otherwise, the place is clean and the host is thoughtful in what she attempts to make available to guests.

Carol is the hostess with the mostest. She has thought of every detail to make our stay perfect and her pricing is on par or cheaper than most local hotels. We really enjoyed the theming and everything was top notch clean. I hope to stay here again next time I’m up. Thanks so much.

Carol obviously cares a great deal about the experience her guests have. The place was immaculate. We were amazed at the food she made available even though she seemed a bit miffed that we asked if we could make an additional pot of coffee for ourselves the second morning we were there. This property would be most enjoyed by folks really into Back to the Future movies, etc. which didn't really apply to us.We also found all the detailed instructions just a bit too much to deal with. Having to watch videos to understand how she wanted things done is not something a traveler really wants to deal with. She would do better to simplify everything.

A fun and unique stay with fabulous breakfast options. Our NYO team really enjoyed tea time in the parlor. I’ve never seen so many teens sipping tea and talking about Alaskan homesteaders. Everything was so clean, organized and interesting. I liked how all the time traveler memorabilia caused so many discussions amongst our group. Thanks for a memorable weekend and experience in Palmer!

I did not read the ad well enough when I booked this site (and wouldn't have booked a B&B). When we got a email saying we had to watch a video to get the property code we were irritated, we had spotty reception and didn't want to spend vacation time watching a VRBO video. After watching it we were worried, as we are not sci-fi fans and it seemed over the top and a bit invasive (instructions for EVERYTHING).However, once we settled in and looked around (and got over the reduction of privacy that comes with a B&B) we started to love it. Carol has put a unbelievable amount of thought and work into the place. There are so many thoughtful touches that no one does in a STR or even a B&B anymore. My young adult sons LOVED eating in the parlor with all of the little jars of spreads and condiments (who would have thought). We enjoyed her "menu" of items she had picked up at the store that we could purchase, we loved the delicious breakfast and drinks that she had provided for us.We would have preferred a full size coffee maker in our parlor so we could self-serve but when we asked, she provided that.We stayed in 5 VRBOs on this trip and this is the one that we keep talking about and will be for years to come. It was a special experience and I am glad we didn't judge based on the few things that were off putting at first. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend it.
