This spacious oceanside townhome is perfect for large families looking for an amazing getaway! With four bedrooms and four decks, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out, get fresh air, and enjoy beautiful water views. The interior features wood flooring with lots of natural light, a brand new living area with comfortable furnishings, a new kitchen with bar seating, and dining space that is great for family-style meals. Three bathrooms have been recently updated (plus an outdoor shower!). The top floor has a desk for comfortable remote work and a roof deck with ocean views – plus an extra fridge for rooftop happy hour when your work is done! Access the onsite community pool right outside the downstairs bedroom, or play whiffle ball on the sandlot. Walk to some of midtown’s best destinations for food and fun. But best of all, the beach! Simply take the private boardwalk and you’re on the sand! A washer/dryer allows everyone to pack light.

THINGS TO KNOW
Many neighbors don’t rent and enjoy the community throughout the summertime. Please be respectful by following a few rules: there is no smoking allowed anywhere (except the roof deck); pets are admired but not allowed on the property; and, please be mindful of the Ocean City noise control ordinance (details in rental agreement).

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
