Located directly on the bay, this two-story 3BR/3BA home offers a prime oceanfront haven. You're just a short walk to Kalmus Beach. Inside, there’s plenty of space to relax and enjoy stunning ocean vistas and sunsets through large bay windows in most rooms. A foosball table provides hours of group fun.

The living area offers comfy seating on a couch and four chairs. Watch movies on 50” smart TV equipped with cable and a BluRay player. Play a game of cards at the table for four. Large windows offer a front-row view of the ocean, kite surfers, and sailboats. Upstairs, a second living area has a couch for taking in the stellar ocean vistas, a desk, and a foosball table.

Whip up tasty home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen. A stainless steel table with seating for two offers ample space to prepare ingredients. The kitchen window offers a beautiful view of the water. When it’s time to eat, gather at the eight-person dining table.

This two-story home sleeps six guests between three bedrooms. Sleep soundly in the primary bedroom, furnished with a queen bed, rocking chair, and 42” cable TV. Enjoy ocean views from the bay windows. An en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, large walk-in shower, and a soaking-style tub. The second bedroom is outfitted with two twin-size beds and a rocking chair. The second bathroom is appointed with a tub/shower combination.

Upstairs, a spacious third bedroom offers a king bed, a desk, two chairs, and a 40' UHD TV equipped with a DVD player. Delight in sweeping views of the ocean through large bay windows. The third bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. A bonus sleeping space (no closing door) off the mudroom contains a twin bed. An adjacent half bath provides added convenience.

Outside, a picnic area and large kid-friendly lawn offer an idyllic spot to unwind after an adventure-filled day. The porch has seating for three on Adirondack chairs. Fire up the grill and dine alfresco at the picnic table while watching the sunset with a crisp drink. Your retreat boasts direct access to the ocean via 10 steps (there is no beach directly in front of the house).

The Hyannis Harbor is a short drive from your rental, where you can sample superb lobster rolls or visit the JFK Museum. For a fun day trip, take the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The upstairs bedroom does not have central air-conditioning, however there is a window AC unit.
Beach chairs and toys are available for your use.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
