You'll be steps away from the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a 25-mile bike trail that spans across 6 Cape Cod towns, where you can walk, run, or bike daily. A neighboring retired cranberry bog provides a lovely oasis to enjoy on a morning walk. Take the complimentary canoe out for a sunrise paddle, then enjoy fresh coffee on the back deck or take in the sunshine in the beautiful light-soaked sunroom. The house is minutes away from downtown Harwich, a quick stop for restaurants, grocery stores, and activities for the family, with go-karts, bumper boats, and a trampoline park. This home is also less than five miles from both the bay and open ocean beaches.

Decompress in the light-filled main living room with an open concept, perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Enjoy high-speed streaming of your favorite shows across four TVs throughout the home. The downstairs rec room is stocked with board games, an air hockey table that converts to both billiards and Ping-pong, and additional sleeping space. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
