Downtown Falmouth is a quick car ride or pedal away. Headed to Martha's Vineyard for the day? You're just minutes from the ferry and a beautiful 45-minute ride across the Atlantic. Mashpee Commons and Woods Hole are also a few minutes away by car. When you're ready to hit the sun, sand, and surf, find gorgeous Menauhant Beach less than 2 miles from your front door.

This classic Cape has a large wooded lawn and a warm traditional feel inside. Pretty area rugs and cozy furniture invite you into every room. A large white sectional sofa makes the living room ideal for gathering over hors d'oeuvres and drinks, and the dining area beyond seats guests below a charming chandelier. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook a fine meal and set a formal table. The spacious kitchen island features barstool seating, while a patio off the dining area offers outdoor furniture and a gas grill—perfect for alfresco dining

Another living room offers even more space for guests in the basement with a love seat, chair, and desk—great for reading, working remotely, or simply relaxing.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
