If you’re looking for something unique that’s off the beaten path, come to "The Paris". Full of bright colors to capture everlasting memories at this spacious, unique and family-friendly home. This home features 3-Bedrooms w/2 Full Baths and a Pool! Comfortably sleeps 8-10 adults. This contemporary living space has everything to make you feel at home – WiFi, Netflix, washer and dryer, well equipped kitchen and tableware. Rooms feature 2 Queens, 1-Full Size bunk bed, and sleeper futon in formal. Heated Pool (at additional cost) or heated Jacuzzi should be requested prior to stay.

The Space:

No cable TV or dish, Smart TVs w/access to streaming apps (please bring your logins)

Kitchen basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, cups, dishes, forks and spoons. No additional cooking condiments provided.

Outdoor pool: Pool is cleaned once a week. No pool cover so leaves and outdoor bugs are inevitable; pool skimmer net provided for guest use. Pool is private, heat is available at additional cost in either pool $200 or HotTub $100, and MUST be requested and paid for prior to visit.

Absolutely Beautiful Home

We celebrated my daughter’s grad party and the home was just as pictured. The host was very easy to communicate with. The check in and check out process were easy and smooth. The house was fully stocked with necessity items and we didn’t have any issues. We enjoyed our stay and I have absolutely no complaints!

Good getaway

My 3 children and I came to this property just to have a few days with endless swimming. The property was clean, spacious, and the pool was a good size. The kids had so much fun. Host was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. Was nervous when getting to the neighborhood but turned out to be nice and quiet. Overall I would recommend this property. And would def visit again.

Spring Break Vacation

We enjoyed our visit. Personally we did not like the area outside of the neighborhood but once you get past that it’s fine. The house was nice and the commutation with property owner was great. Loved having the pool. One note is need to add folks as there was only one in the drawer.

Rainy day

Over all the place is amazing. Everyone was say how beautiful the house was and how convenient it was to go in and out of the house. It did rain while we where there and the back yard is on a slope so the water puddle in the bottom. In the backyard there is a larg hole that looks like it is under maintenance from a landslides or something. There was a couple of unwanted pest in side including tree roaches, and grasshoppers. That can be due to the rain and not from the cleanness of the house. The neighbourhoods is beautiful while entering the houses near by is just a beautiful as this one but we did hear gunshots every night that we where there which is a bit scary.

Pretty but some obstacles

No electricity in first room till night before leaving, sat down when we arrived at dining room table and fell due to a chair being broken and just propped up by the leg, you can not watch tv in the first room once we got electricity in it due to no cable or anything hooked to that tv, communication happened with owner but she was not comforting , the spa the heater turns off on its own so you have to turn it back on when asking where she didn’t respond with an answer so I figured it out on my own. It’s a rough neighborhood on your way there but as you turn in it gets better.

A friends weekend get together

We were a group of 6. We originally were going to have a 4 year old with us and 9 adults but a few guests dropped out but if all 10 of us had been there we still would of had plenty of eating, congregating, and sleeping space. We had a slight mishap with heating the pool but our hostess fixed the problem immediately. We were in a quiet neighborhood and we weren’t too far from grocery stores. We had a lot of fun. The rental had pretty much anything you can think of from bathroom necessities to a fully stocked kitchen. Will definitely be staying here again!

Pictures don't do any justice

The home was really clean. The pictures don't do enough justice. The pool was a little dirty no real biggie it was like leaves that blew in it. Home was well stocked. Home owner responds immediately. Located about 20 to 30 minutes away from everything. I would suggest a rental car. No complaints. The home was wonderful.

Great for a family spring break getaway

We have a third, fifth, and ninth grader who loved the beds and the pool! Instacart and Grubhub made it easy to eat in when we wanted, Lyft made it easy (but kinda pricy) to get around. Definitely enough space in the house for everyone to relax after a day out. Only downside was that the house is a distance to attractions or nightlife, and the city’s transit wasn’t convenient, and we flew into the city, so we were without a car. But now that we know, it’d easy to plan better.

CLEAN!!

This was the cleanest house we have ever rented! It was perfect for our stay exactly as shown. Not far from everything in Houston and the neighborhood was quiet and calm. The check in and out process was a breeze and there was everything in the house you would need for a stay.
