The Sugar Sand Retreats one bedroom condo is located in Tower 3 at Edgewater Beach Resort overlooking the Emerald Coast and the Gulf of Mexico. Soak up the sight from floor to ceiling windows/patio door or from outside on our private balcony.

Located on the 8th floor, this condo was recently purchased and partially remodeled. Its beachy decor will have you relaxing the minute you step inside. A full kitchen features all you need for meals and snacks and an island offers seating. A sleeper sofa adorns the living area that overlooks the water and a Smart TV offers indoor entertainment. The one bedroom features a king size bed with TV, large closet and access to the bathroom with new, walk-in shower. Free WiFi keeps you connected to family and friends.

This beachfront condo has a maximum of 4 guests. The minimum age to rent is 25 (strictly enforced), and no pets or ESA are allowed.

--> Guests must complete Edgewater's online Guest Registration prior to arrival and pay the Guest Registration Fee of $50 which provides one vehicle pass, resort wristbands, and access to amenities. One extra vehicle pass is $30.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $500 damage deposit HOLD will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay.
