I vacationed here spending time at the beach over 20 years ago with my kids & fell in love with the warm water, white sand, and intracoastal waterway. I spent several years living on the beach but found that I prefer the calm, quiet & beautiful neighborhood in Gulf Breeze where there are birds chirping, beautiful parks, walking paths, shops, restaurants, and beautiful curvy oak trees on the peninsula. Come relax in "The Breeze!"
Just a couple blocks away you'll find conveniences such as large grocery stores, a great hospital, the Andrews Institute and lots of restaurants. It's also a great area for a walk, with a new path to jog, or bike ride, many parks and great waterways. Walk to the dead end (one lot over) and you'll see the 3-mile bridge-but stay on the street-it's my neighbor's private property. You may or may not see us around doing work, we stay pretty busy.
