The code for the keypad had indeed been changed the day before for security reasons, but unfortunately, this information was not communicated to our manager in time. We fully understand that this may have been frustrating at such a late hour. However, we are glad that our team was able to respond and assist you quickly. Following this incident, we have strengthened our procedures to ensure that this does not happen again. Regarding the spare key, it is available on site, but for security reasons it is not given to guests by default. It remains accessible in case of emergency through our team. We also thank you for your comment about the shower drain: the system has an automatic safety mechanism that can temporarily block the flow when a filter is clogged. This has since been checked and adjusted. Your feedback regarding towels, soap, and electricity consumption has also been taken into account. Tahiti has one of the highest electricity costs in the world, which is why we try to raise awareness among travelers about responsible electricity consumption. Bed linen is provided for the number of travelers listed on the reservation. If you would have liked more towels, this could have been arranged upon request during your stay.
