You'll enjoy spending time inside this resort-style three-bedroom, 2.5 bath condo. The bedrooms provide stylish modern decor, plenty of storage space, and Smart TVs. The gorgeous master bedroom suite features a king platform bed, relaxing sitting area, and a 55" TV. The second bedroom offers another King with a 43" TV. The third bedroom features a full over full bunk and a twin over twin bunk.
Sage Creek's 5-star resort pools and amenities are indeed a showpiece. They include 2 hot tubs, waterfalls, weeping water walls, 2 pools (including zero entry), multiple secluded fire pits, fire warming kiosks, a bocce ball court large 150" movie screen with a theater sound system for late-night movies, comfortably accommodating families and large groups. Other amazing features include a poolside mezzanine with an outdoor loft BBQ kitchen, a large dining and lounging area surrounding an amazing modern gas fireplace with a Moab Rim backdrop. There are also additional BBQ grills and dining areas surrounding the pools.
This complex also has pull-through parking for vehicles with Jeep, UTV, ATV, and bike trailers. There are 189 parking spaces and 28 pull-through spaces, all for a 108 unit complex with no restrictions. This condo has the convenience of an easy-access elevator.
