Stock (Premium Rated) mit Meerblick eingerichtete Einheit mit Insel-Dekor ist in einem privaten, nicht rauchenden, aufgerüsteten, gut gepflegten 1-Schlafzimmer / 1-Badezimmer-Apartment untergebracht, das alles bietet, was Sie für einen perfekten Aufenthalt benötigen .

Das mit Teppichboden ausgelegte Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett von Simmons Beautyrest sowie einen 32-Zoll-HD-Flachbildfernseher, einen Hotelsafe (ohne Aufpreis), einen Deckenventilator, eine zentrale Klimaanlage, einen Wecker und viel Platz für Ihre Reiseutensilien.

Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine brandneue 2018 komplett geflieste Dusche mit Eckbank, Sicherheitsgriffstange und verstellbarer Grohe-Dusche sowie alle neuen Armaturen. Ein separater Ankleide ermöglicht es Ihnen, aus der Dusche und Bad, isoliert werden. Alle Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind eingerichtet und sind sowohl in Farbe und Design abgestimmt. Föhn, sind Badetücher, Liegestühle und Strandmatten sowie geliefert. Das Gerät verfügt über eine neue 2019 FULL SIZE Stapelwaschmaschine und einen Trockner, so dass „Packlicht“ einfach ist.

Die moderne Küche mit kürzlich aktualisierten Ahornschränken, Dielenböden und allen neuen Elektrogeräten aus Edelstahl im Jahr 2019 ist mit allem Geschirr, Glaswaren, Backgeschirr, Kochutensilien, Mikrowelle, Gewürzen und Extras ausgestattet, in denen Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen werden. Für Ihre Insel Abenteuer sind Ein Picknick-Kühler und Thermos vorgesehen. Sechs Gas-Grills, nahe dem Pool gelegen, sind ein Treffpunkt für beobachtete Sonnenuntergänge oder die Begegnung mit anderen Gästen beim Grillen Ihr Abendessen.

Im komfortabel eingerichteten Wohn- / Essbereich mit neuem kanadischen Ahorn-Dielenfußboden gibt es einen neuen Schrank, der den neuen 43-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, den Blue Ray / DVD-Player, den Stereo-CD-Player, zahlreiche Bücher über die Insel oder Taschenbücher zum Lesen enthält Vergnügen. Das Gerät verfügt über High-Definition-Kabel T. V., kostenfreies WLAN und ein kostenfreies Telefon, einschließlich Ferngespräche auf das Festland und nach Kanada.

Als Hausbesitzer dieser Eigentumswohnung Einheit seit 1997 und ein anderes nicht-Mieteinheit im Sugar Beach Resort seit 1988 sind wir sehr stolz auf unsere Mietobjekt. Ich persönlich inspizieren unsere Einheit als ich besuchen Maui etwa alle 2-3 Monate und aktualisieren, ersetzen Inventar oder die notwendigen Verbesserungen bei jeder Fahrt. Unser Reinigungsmittel ist hervorragend und seit über 18 Jahren bei uns. Sie weiß, dass das Gerät, als auch unsere Erwartungen, so dass wir gemeinsam die Sie seiner Sauberkeit, Qualität der Einrichtung und Organisation des Inhalts sicherzustellen. Return Visit to Sugar Beach Resort

This was our second time staying at Sugar Beach Resort. We love it here ! The condo has everything you need for an easy stay, literally you just need to bring your clothes and bathing suit! Linda is an amazing host, very communicative and caring of her guests. Sugar beach resort itself is an awesome place to spend the day by the pool or at the beach, with easy access to other parts of the island from this location. The lanai has views of the water and is a great place to sit and have your morning coffee. We will definitely return to this property again

5 stars isn't enough for how great this is!

Linda and her condo were beyond excellent! It was spotlessly clean, had a gorgeous view and was so cozy and comfortable inside. My partner and I loved staying here. Linda was very communicative before and during our stay. We appreciated all of the info she shared and a tip she passed along saved us a boatload on the car rental. Linda has thought of everything and more. Her condo is so well stocked that it might be better than your home! Cupboards and closets have labels and notes to help make your stay even more organized and smooth. The towels were thick and soft- so luxurious! The kitchen has every gadget, tool and appliance you can think of. There were coffee pods and tea bags and the most thoughtful care package greeted us on the table! What I loved most about this property was the peace and quiet day and night. If you're looking to party, don't stay here. We loved everything about it. Staying at Linda's condo ruined me for the next condo we stayed in on another island ;) My expectations were much higher when I left Linda's. You will not be disappointed staying here. The property has everything you need and Linda was the BEST host!

Beautiful Condo, Great Host

This was our 2nd stay at this condo. We couldn’t be more happy with the condo, our host Linda and Sugar Beach Resort. Linda had everything we needed in the condo. She thought of everything...

We've stayed at many VRBO's and we have one of our own as well. Linda wins! She has absolutely everything you need. I even took pictures because I adore her organization so much. Bed was so comfortable and she even shared spices! We BBQ'd almost every night. The view of Molikini while i worked on the couch soothed my soul.

Sugar Beach is the place to stay

This property was so well stocked. You truly just need to bring your clothes and sunscreen. Everything is supplied from a fully stocked kitchen to beach supplies. Even a suitcase scale!! The property is wonderful and the pool is cleaned every morning.

Fantasic Stay at Sugar Beach Resort!

Sugar Beach Resort is at great location when you are staying in Maui. It is very close to many beautiful beaches and restaurants. The condo was equipped with everything we could ask for and super clean. The owner was exceptional with her communication and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Wonderful week

We had a wonderful experience staying at Sugar Beach! Condo was clean, quiet and comfortable with absolutely everything we would need to include things like everything you’d need to pack a lunch for the beach. Very quiet, walkable beach. Linda was so responsive I think she would’ve even responded in the middle of the night graciously (although I didn’t need to). Would definitely stay again.

Great rental, perfect location!

This unit was perfect, and Sugar Beach Resort was the perfect property to stay at! Host Linda has provided absolutely everything you can think of in the condo - literally just pack your suitcase essentials. The resort itself is a perfect set up with the pool, lawn and beach just steps away from the condo front doors. There was always plenty of beach chairs available around the property. Sugar Beach Resort is also very close to numerous other beaches and locations you may visit during your stay in Maui, so a super convenient location overall. The condo was well appointed and the pillows/bed very comfortable. Would absolutely recommend this condo to friends/family!

This is a beautiful, comfortable home-away-from-home with a great view. It is fully stocked and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The condo is light and airy, the furnishings are pleasing, and it is a happy place to spend a vacation. The owner could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Amazing condo!!

Aloha🌴 The condo was great! There was everything you could ever want or need in the condo. Clean, organized and loved all the Hawaiian decorations, and welcome gift waiting for us. First time Hawaii vacationers

This condo was our home away from home for ten days. The Condo was clean and well cared for. Enjoyed breakfast and whale watching from the balcony. Paddle boarded with turtles and Manta rays just down from the resort. Host is amazing and very thoughtful supplied us with information on visiting the island along with a welcome gift basket. Condo is well stocked with many of the things you need. Beach chairs, extra beach towels, coolers, Beach umbrella. Kitchen is loaded with everything we needed as plates, silverware, coffee pot, salt and pepper. This place was amazing!! Thank you!!

10 Year Anniversary Trip 10/10

We LOVED our stay here! We wish we could have stayed much longer! Not a detail was overlooked. The unit was lovely and had everything we could have ever needed! Clean and tidy! We loved being right on the beach! It was so nice to walk the beach every morning and see the canoes rowing by, plus there was always an open chair for lounging under the palm trees! This unit also had a clear view of Haleakala’s summit! It was so cool to be able to see the observatory on all of the clear days we had! It was also a great location! Only about 15 minutes from the airport and so convenient to most of the Maui hot spots! The owner was a pleasure to deal with! Her responses were very quick and helpful, and she was very accommodating! She provided lots of information! Communication was fantastic from booking, leading up to the trip, during our stay, and even after we returned home! We would absolutely stay here again on future trips!

HIghly Recommend

This is our second stay in Maui at Sugar Sands Resort. First time in this unit. I would highly recommend this unit. It is beautifully decorated and well stocked. If you need it, it is there. It is a short drive to wherever you want to go. The place makes you feel like you are at home. This unit is clean clean clean! To me that is important! We are already talking about a return to Maui next year and if so, this is the unit we would want to stay in.
