This 4 bedroom, 3 bath house is approximately 100 gentle yards to the lake with winter views and surrounded by wild deer. Gas fireplace to warm the inside, fire pit and screened-in porch to enjoy the outside, when you're finished at the lake. 6 person hot tub sits on the oversized outdoor deck. The 2 game rooms are loaded with fun and vintage games - a Brunswick pool table, 2 vintage pinball machines, 2 Atari machines, foosball table, air hockey, indoor basketball, shuffle board, ping pong table, wall size Connect 4, karaoke and board games. 3 kayaks available. If the lake is not a great option because of the cold or weather, you will never lack for entertainment and the opportunity to enjoy a unique environment and getaway. Port-a-crib available upon request.

NO PARTIES!!! If you are looking for an adult party house - this is NOT it. If you are looking for a great family time - this is it. We are in the process of updating some decor, so rooms may not look exactly like the photos when you arrive.

Absolutely Perfect Christmas Getaway!We cannot thank Vangie enough for such an incredible stay at the Lakeside Arcade House. From the very beginning of the booking process to the moment we checked out, everything was beyond exceptional. Vangie went above and beyond by decorating the home specifically for our family and the Christmas holiday—it truly felt magical and so thoughtfully tailored just for us.She graciously allowed us early access before check-in so we could drop off food and Christmas presents, which made our holiday planning so much easier and stress-free. On top of that, she even stopped by on a Sunday before heading to church just to make sure our kids had access to the tokens for the slot machines—that level of care and attentiveness is rare and so appreciated.Any time we had a question or concern during our stay, Vangie responded quickly and kindly. She was consistently pleasant, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure our family had the best experience possible.This was a much-needed getaway for our family, and it truly hit every want and desire—and then some. From the amazing game room to the peaceful lake views, enjoying family dinners, and even feeding the deer, every moment was special. The home itself is absolutely fantastic, and the hosts are truly over-the-top in the best way.We could not have asked for a better place or a better host for our Christmas trip to the lake. Our family of four stayed at this lovely home. It was very comfortable, relaxing and peaceful. Our family loves animals, but a couple of us have pet allergies and even though it was a pet friendly home it was very clean, smelled great and we had no allergy flare ups. We enjoyed relaxing in the screened in porch in the mornings and evenings. We were able to feed the deer in the evenings, from the porch, which was amazing, they all came running over when they realized we had corn for them. The beds/pillows were all very comfy. There were extra blankets for cuddling up on the couch and watching a movie. The game room was so much fun even though we were disappointed that the pinball machines, skee ball and basketball game did not work, (we do understand it is very difficult to find people to work on them), there were plenty of other games that did work well. We also enjoyed the use of the kayaks and there are several life jackets as well. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. for preparing meals. The coffee maker could be used to brew a pot of coffee or as a keurig for one cup at a time. There is a carport to park your vehicle under which was nice. We would highly recommend this home for a long relaxing stay away from the chaos of the world. We felt very at home here, and the hosts did a wonderful job making this place a peaceful space to enjoy a vacation.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed - including extra toiletries and feminine hygiene products. There was plenty of room for all of us. We really enjoyed using the kayaks and spending time on the lake. We also spent a lot of time playing table tennis, pool, and the other games in the game room. And there were so many deer that came to visit! The drive to eureka springs was a bit farther than we initially wanted to be, but we decided to book here anyway because of the pros outweighed the distance. We did make the drive and it was just fine. And very pretty. Communication with the owner was also top notch.

The property manager is very attentive! I asked if the hot tub had shock and chemicals between each guest. The property manager drained the pool the day before so we had fresh water. I loved the deer in the morning and evening. My teens had a blast in the game room. The drive to get to the house is also beautiful!

Nice House

This house was perfect for our family. Our kids and their spouses and grandchild enjoyed our stay very much. The house is nice, all were able to have their own beds and the two master suites were great. The house itself was very nice. As advertised, lots of things to do. We used the ping pong table a LOT as well as the kayaks on the lake. The hot tub was nice even in July! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need and the bathrooms were well stocked. The neighborhood pool was nice as well. This house is a bit of a drive (about 45 minutes) to Eureka Springs or Rogers but that wasn't a big deal. Just make sure you take a lot of groceries so you won't have to make that trip! Overall we had a really nice week.

Graduation Getaway

We had a great time at this Lake House. We had 10 total. Ping Pong, Pool, pop a shot, pinball and the hot tub were all favorites. Walking around the area was great too. The hosts thought of everything! The house is perfect for two families plus kids and friends! We were there for college graduation in Fayetteville and it worked out really well.

Perfect Family GetAway

We had such an amazing time. This home and location had something for everyone. My husband enjoyed hiking and the lake, I loved the fall foliage and the deer, and our kids had a blast in the game rooms!!!! Ok, so we ALL enjoyed the game rooms!!! Great getaway

We had an amazing stay at the Lakeside Arcade. Kids had a blast with all the arcade games, kayaking, fishing, and watching the deer graze up close off the back porch. Off the beaten path but close enough to still be very convenient for exploring all the awesome things NWA has to offer. We will likely be back!

Amazing weekend

Lakeside Arcade Top of List

This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this property and we will continue to rent going forward. The kids and adults all love the amenities like the full garage of entertaining games, pool, ping pong, and air hockey tables. We were so impressed with the upgrades and renovations to the house. Spending evenings and mornings on the big screened in porch and feeding the deer with the feed provided is always a highlight. We especially liked the enclosure for privacy around the hot tub and spent more time there this year since temps got more chilly!

Couldn't Be More Perfect

WOW what a house. The two game rooms were a hit, even with my 86 year old mother who played several games of shuffleboard with her great-grandchildren. The kitchen was so well stocked with several sizes of pots and skillets as well as plates, utensils and everything else a kitchen at home would have. The house was so very clean. The beds and furniture were so comfortable. The screened porch and deck furniture were great, too. It was great to have a dining table large enough everyone could sit at it. Could I be any happier with our stay...no I could not. And I want to compliment the owner on her communications. Every time I had a question, she responded very quickly, sometimes within minutes. Everyone wants to make this an annual tradition. Thank you to the host for having such an amazing home for us to enjoy!

Just what we needed!

Everything was great! The home is so comfortable and has everything you could need. We especially loved the screened-in porch and spent a lot of time there. We had our two grown kids, my elderly mother, and my two grand-dogs... we all just needed to relax for awhile and that's what we did! We took out the kayaks one day, rented a boat another day, and spent a day in Eureka Springs. Neighbors are friendly, the dog area is priceless, and the hot tub is clean and AWESOME. Highly recommend! :-)

Just what the Doctor ordered

This was the perfect place for us to stay for my sister's birthday who has metastatic cancer. She loved playing MsPacMan and her and my grandson are now the top scorers. My son is the top scorer on Asteroids. My son and grandson would walk down to the lake every day and swam and kayaked. Then my husband and son played pool every night. My sister would sit out in the screened in porch every morning to read. She loved the comfortable mattress in her bedroom. Oh and we played some yahtzee on a couple of days that we brought down. We just hung out for some great family time.

We, Doug and Vangie, love to play at the lake with our children and grandchildren. This house offered us a great opportunity to create a special vacation spot for our family and yours. We own other vacation rentals locally and are very excited to add this special place to our offerings.

The proximity to the lake, with an easy walk to the end of the street, then across the corp line to the lake, was all we needed to say "Yes" to this house. We have since fallen in love with the wildlife (particularly deer) that surround the property. It's a very quiet dead end, with a short walk, also, to the neighborhood playground, and community pool.
