Nestled just steps away from the serene and rejuvenating Solara Resort, this 7-bedroom haven, in close proximity to Disney World, will instantly make you feel at ease. The residence boasts a well-equipped kitchen, TVs in every room, and high-speed internet covering a sprawling 3600 square feet.

Relax in the backyard pool, let the soothing spa dissolve your stress, and savor the outdoor amenities on the screened lanai - a gas grill, covered patio with an alfresco dining table, conversation area, and loungers. Revel in the added seclusion provided by privacy screens!

Gather in the contemporary living room to share tales from your day's escapades, surrounded by ample seating and stylish, cozy furnishings. Upstairs, a loft area serves as an additional family space with a spacious sectional couch and TV. This area doubles as a gamer's haven, featuring an Xbox, Playstation, and a large screen TV for each. A variety of board games, books, and toys suitable for all ages are available for family enjoyment. The fun extends to the garage-converted game room, where you can engage in friendly competitions of pool, foosball, and darts.

The fully-equipped kitchen, with stainless appliances, pantry, and a sizable center island seating five, ensures your family and friends are well-fed. A formal dining table for eight, with two additional chairs, caters to sit-down meals.

The main floor's first bedroom, adorned in cheerful pops of yellow within a Parisian theme, offers a vibrant ambiance. The adjacent first-floor bathroom serves this bedroom. The master on the first floor, situated at the back of the home, features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a private water closet. Upstairs, discover the remaining five bedrooms - the big city room with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom, the spacious black and white-themed upstairs master with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, including a private work area with a quaint desk and office chair.

Continuing to the loft area, you'll find the laundry room and the upstairs main bathroom. There's also the Star Wars-themed room accommodating five guests with four bunks and a trundle. The Minions-themed room, also sleeping five, has four bunks and a trundle. The seventh bedroom, a nautical room with a queen bed, shares a jack-and-jill bathroom with the Minions room.

The renowned Solara Resort, a hit with guests of all ages, is only a short distance from all Disney Theme Parks. The clubhouse offers various amenities, including a bar and grill, ice cream parlor, general store, fitness center, outdoor fitness lawn, lacrosse/soccer fields, lounges, workstations, arcade, a zero-entry water complex, and a flow-rider surf simulator (additional fees apply). Enjoy nighttime sports at the well-lit basketball and beach volleyball courts. For relaxation, spend your day in one of the poolside cabanas (additional fees apply) and cap off the evening with a happy hour drink by the fire pits.

Guests have convenient access to the home, being just one house away from the Club House and resort amenities. The property provides a driveway, and overflow parking is available at the end of the street or a few houses down in the opposite direction. Street parking is prohibited, and the community maintains a list of Prohibited Vehicles, including ATVs, boats, RVs, trailers of any type (including U-Hauls), limousines, commercial vehicles, and mobile homes.

Important considerations for additional in-home amenities (available for separate payment):

- BBQ grill (Free use of grill; a tank is provided at the home, but is not maintained by the host. Cleaning of grill is also the guest’s responsibility). There will be a $30 fee for our cleaning team to clean up after you.

- Pool & spa heat ($35.00 USD per day - must be booked for the entire stay). Spa heat is available from 5 PM to 9 AM (when the pool pump isn't circulating).
- Spa heat only ($15 USD per day - must be booked for the entire stay). Spa heat is available from 5 PM to 9 AM (when the pool pump isn't circulating).
(Note: When opted for, the pool is heated to 84-86 degrees F, and the spa is heated to 100 degrees F. In rare cases, if temperatures in Kissimmee, FL drop below 45/50 degrees, the heater may not function at its full potential as a safety feature.)

A starter pack of supplies is included for your stay. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies beyond those provided. The supplied items include paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
