The spacious Master Suite and bath is located on the top floor and has a comfortable king-sized bed with its own private porch access that offers beautiful sunrise and sunsets overlooking the waterway. Additional rooms - Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 King bed, bedroom 4 has a set of bunks with two doubles and a queen pull out sofa, and bonus space 5 on the main level has a set of twin bunk beds. This spacious home provides room for everyone in the family to relax and enjoy their Oak Island vacation and includes plenty of space to entertain and dine. Preparing your favorite low country seafood dinner will be a delight. For a quiet evening, relax on the back deck overlooking the marsh and the outdoor pool area where the whole crew can enjoy after a long beach day or mosey on down to the end of the dock at the water's edge and observe the wildlife. You are sure to see, osprey, egrets, heron, dolphins, and maybe even an alligator or two.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
