Centrally located. Newly remodeled. Cozy and clean. Large back deck with beautiful views. This was our home for 13 years. We love it so much and are so excited to host your group. Large bedrooms, extra amenities. ****Pool is open seasonally! Weather permitting, we usually have it open the end of April/beginning of May. ****

We had a great stay at this house. The house was very clean and incredibly roomy, with big bedrooms and super comfortable beds that made it easy to relax. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the basics, which was really convenient for cooking meals.One of our favorite features was the huge covered deck and spacious backyard—perfect for hanging out, even though it was too cold to use the pool during our stay. The home itself felt classy and well put together, adding to the overall experience.The location was also a big plus, with easy access to plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. We’d definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice and comfortable property. The views out back are gorgeous and it was very pleasant to sit out there in the evening. I would suggest purchasing more dishes and flatware for the kitchen. We were a group of 4 and there were not enough dishes and flatware for more than one meal.

1 of the beds smelled of children urine. Had to strip and clean, found out dryer was not working.Also we need to verify the extra cleaning charge is refunded.

We verified with our cleaner that all bedding had been washed. Have never had an issue before. We removed the extra fee before you paid. When we went over to check the dryer, it was working fine. So sorry for the inconvenience.

The house was exactly as described- spacious and clean. It is located right next to the local college on a cul de sac and near grocery stores and restaurants- pretty much convenient to anything you'd want to do in Farmington. It was the wrong season to use the pool or the backyard, but it had a trampoline, play structure, and ample space to spend time outside if the weather is right. The house is well supplied with blankets, cleaning supplies, towels, spare toiletries and salt/pepper, spices, etc. Lots of cooking utensils. One of the bedrooms was set up with two bunk beds with two trundle beds- lots of space for little kids. And it has a wonderful view for sunsets and sunrises in particular.

Clean and well appointed place. The pool was a savior in the sweltering heat, and the inside was cool as well. Plenty of utensils and appliances for cooking. Overall great place!
