This beautiful, quiet home is recently remodeled and a fully furnished one story condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located on the border of Centennial/Aurora/Parker, very near to DTC and Centennial Airport. Guests will enjoy a clean, modern, professional condo to relax while exploring the many Colorado attractions that are close by. Also, enjoy the many amenities that surround this property such as the Cherry Creek bike trail, as well as dinning and shopping within walking distance.

This one story condo provides you with all the comforts of a home away from home. Fully furnished home includes a kitchen with everything you need to host a dinner with friends or make breakfast in the morning, bathrooms stocked with soaps and shampoo along with towels for you to use. If there is anything missing - Just ask!

**THIS IS A NO SMOKING UNIT INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. IF THERE IS SMOKING THERE WILL BE A $300.00 FEE AND A REMOVAL FROM THE PREMISES.

***The hot tub and pool are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Any stay over 1 week may be charged an additional $50 per week cleaning fee.

The property is very safe with outdoor security cameras. Garages are available for $10.00 per night upon request.

WONDERFUL stay!

Very nice two bedroom/two bath unit on first floor near pool. Easy access to local eateries and access to highway to get around town. Quiet and comfortable unit with an engaging owner.

Cozy

Easy to access, easy to communicate with host, very clean & cozy. Fireplace does not really work as advertise and when coming in later in the evening time, there is no parking. It’s a free for all no assigned parking which makes it very difficult to park close to where you stay.

Cute and Convenient

Was in town for a couple days and this condo was a great central hub to relax and wind down. I stayed with a friend and we appreciated having our own spaces. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room by the fireplace and chatting after full days. Parking was great and we were always able to get a spot close by. The condo was perfectly located for our needs! We spent time in Parker, Castle Rock, downtown Denver, up into the mountains, and Boulder and nothing was too far away. It's also nearby all kinds of shopping and restaurants.

We had a very nice day at your property. It worked out very well for the two of us! It was very clean, various spots to eat in the area and we thought it was one of the nicer VRBO‘s we have ever stayed at. A big bonus for us was the water in the fridge when we got there. Our first day was a long day and it was nice to see. Very reasonably priced also. I would give it a 5 star rating for sure

Clean and basic

Clean and very functional. Air conditioning not great, needed to also use the Window units which were a bit loud. Otherwise a fine choice for our needs . Nice to have some basics such as coffee and sugar, popcorn and oatmeal packets available to get by with the first day.

Very nice.

Very nice townhome. Close to a lot of things. Not quite as close to some of the activities that we had planned. But I would stay here again- my family and I had never been to Colorado before so this was a learning experience as far as locations.

Fantastic treasure! 5+/5 stars!

Just finished a 5 night stay in this wonderful 2 bedroom condo. Plenty of room in the main living area, we actually ended up spending a lot of our time together with family here in the condo as it had plenty of space to share time together. Even though it was just two of us, there is a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed (master has the king) and this unit could easily handle 4 people if needed! The kitchen is bigger than some kitchens we've seen in our kids' apartments thru the years! Plenty of space, well stocked, and lots of room for more than one person to help cook. The smart TV has an easy to use 4k Fire Stick, loaded with just about any streaming app you may subscribe to...one little tidbit, just remember to sign out of anything you sign into..:) Wifi signal super strong as well! We had an unusually warm hot streak during our stay, but the 2 window air conditioners more than adequately kept us cool during the day and night. And had it been winter or fall, we are pretty sure the gas fireplace and heating system would have been comfortable as well. This condo is well maintained, clean, and at least for our visit, very quiet. Easy to access on the first floor, only 5 steps to go up from parking; and, it does happen to be right next to the pool, which, upon arrival we thought might be a noise concern, but that turned out to be unfounded. Will definitely book again for future trips! Don't hesitate, just book it! 5 plus stars!!

Perfectly met my needs and wants!

If I could give this a 10 star rating, I would!! It was perfect for me and my grandson!! It was super clean, we each had our own room and bathroom; there were an ample amount of towels, trash can liners, dish towels ~ even popcorn and coffee were supplied. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and they even had a standing fan (which I loved, personally, because I sleep better with air movement ☺️). It is in a convenient location ~ 30 min from Denver, an hour from Colorado Springs, and 2 hours from Estes Park ~ all the places we visited and were within an easy driving distance. Kristi was easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had quickly. I would highly (!) recommend this lodging!!! The price is right, too!!!! I couldn’t have asked for anything to be better!! Thank you so much, Kristi!!!!!

Nice place to stay, comfortable.

Property was as advertised. Worked great for us. There were plenty of places to get anything we needed from dining to groceries. Best of all Kristi was super responsive to a couple of requests I had. I highly recommend.

Way better than a hotel

Cozy, comfortable and well stocked. My neat freak husband found food on the floor in the kitchen and black hair on the floor in the bathroom and hallway but overall the condo was very clean. The neighbor upstairs decided to scrape the snow and ice off their balcony at 7:30 in the morning on a Saturday. That was annoying but certainly not anything the property manager can control. We did have an issue with the heat when we first got there but they were extraordinarily quick to respond. We would definitely rent again. Thank you for the accommodations!

Quick Trip to Denver

Pros: Location is great many things near by and easy access to I25 or E470. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The host was responsive even though she was on vacation. Cons: The condo/apartment is located on the first floor, the upstairs neighbors were very noisy. The fireplace didn’t work this was one of my considerations when booking given we stayed in the winter and at Christmas time. The apartment is freezing everywhere except the master bedroom which gets extremely hot if you’ve turned the heat up to heat the rest of the apartment. We needed to use on me of the extra pillows and there was blood on it.

Nice complex, quiet and clean

There was a small hiccup in the beginning but it was quickly resolved. The unit was clean and adequately stocked. I think a couple more small tables in the master bedroom and bathroom would be useful. I also would have appreciated some body lotion, this is Colorado! All in all a very nice place that I would definitely choose again. Thanks
