A $35/per day resort fee will be charged upon check-in for stays LESS than 30 days. A $10/daily resort fee will be charged for MORE than 30 day stays. In other words, you will pay either a resort fee or a utility fee based on the number of days of your stay. Resort fee OR utility fee is an additional fee to be paid directly to the front desk after you check-in. Guests must present their ID and credit card. Pets may be acceptable on a case-by-case basis. If you’re traveling with your pet, send us an inquiry before you book. We have three other condos in the same building at YotelPad. If you need more space, they're available to rent.
