"Emerald Moon" is centrally located in Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort for convenient access to the beach, conference center, pools, Baytowne Wharf, the Sandestin® Marina, and Grand Boulevard. Not to mention all of the great shops and restaurants - so close! Everything within the resort, including Grand Boulevard, is accessible with the brand new golf cart that is included in the rental.

"Emerald Moon" is a nicely updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom main-floor condo in the heart of Sandestin® Resort with everything you need to have a great time! The interior is designed with coastal furnishings, drapes, and artwork. The kitchen, dining room, and both bathrooms are updated and lovely! Gorgeous bay views are enjoyed from the screened-in deck year-round and guests are able to cart, walk, or bike to Baytowne Wharf, Sandestin® beach, and Grand Boulevard!

We will send you a link to our proprietary online guidebook after you book with us. This guidebook was 100% compiled by us, your hosts, and includes 15 main sections of information, 53 sub-sections of content, 45+ activity suggestions, and 50 dining recommendations. We compiled the information in our guidebook from our own experiences, recommendations from our prior guests, and input from Sandestin® Resort locals. We asked our fall guests to try it out and provide feedback and they all loved it - "Thank you, Courtney! Your guide book is amazing! You answered all of our questions plus more, so much useful information for our trip!" We are excited to share it with you!

"Emerald Moon" is child-friendly. It is situated on the ground floor with a few steps leading to the front door - there are no steps to be climbed to move about the condo. We do provide a booster seat and pack-n-play, but please bring your own sheet for the pack-n-play. Both bedrooms have blackout drapes, making nap time a snap any time of day!

There is a king sized bed in the large master bedroom, with a gorgeous view of the bay out the back window. The master bathroom was recently renovated and has a double-sink, private bathroom, walk-in tile shower, and a giant walk-in closet. There is a brand new 32" smart TV in the master bedroom!

The guest room has 2 twin beds - the décor is just delightful and makes guests feel at home! Enjoy a new, 32" smart TV in the privacy of the guest room.

The living room has a large sectional for kicking back and relaxing in comfort. The living room also has a smart TV - so remember to bring your Netflix/Amazon Prime/streaming credentials with you on your trip. There is more than enough room for everyone to settle in at "Emerald Moon."

This privately-owned condo has a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped for the meals you want to cook in with nicer pots and pans. A Keurig coffee machine (and a few starter coffee pods) and the kitchen includes a little sitting nook for quiet mornings as the rest of the crew emerges from their restful night's sleep.

"Emerald Moon" is located centrally within the resort of Sandestin® and is on the bayside nestled amongst golf courses, the conference center, and Baytowne Wharf! "Boomin' Tuesdays," the weekly spring/summer fireworks at Baytowne Wharf, are clearly viewed from the sunroom. The beach is a mere 1 mile away (please bring your own beach towels), close enough to cart, walk, or bike over but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle (and noise) of beach life. Walk out the front door and head in any direction towards fun and entertainment! All of the fun is within 1 mile of the front door!

The owners take great pride in providing the types of amenities that they, themselves, look for when traveling with their young family. You will find everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy your vacation, including the brand new golf cart, a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit, power stations on each nightstand, beach chairs, great paper products, a pack-n-play, and a booster seat for your use. Cleanliness is critical to a guest's experience and we employ the most highly-rated housekeepers in the area.

* Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a security doorbell that records video and audio of those entering the home. There are no devices inside of the home.

The property is wonderful. Just what we were looking for. Sun and lots of things to do. People were friendly. It's a wonderful community and the beaches are great. We had good weather for the time of year which was a plus.

We are a family of adventurers who enjoy nothing more than a vacation with comfortable amenities and lots of space! We are native Iowans who travel multiple times a year to expose our two young boys to different experiences, cultures, and cuisines.

In 2019, my neighbor in Sandestin® asked me if I'd be willing to manage her place. I laughed at first, then thought, "well, wait a minute..." 😁

So here I am, hosting others' guests as if they're my own. I manage 10 properties in all, two of which I personally own ("Linkside Luau" and "Pipers Perch"). I truly LOVE hosting - it "fills my cup" - so this was just a natural fit for me. Each of our properties, regardless of who owns them, is setup with the same amenities, features, and host services.

When I'm not talking with guests and getting their perfect Sandestin® vacations setup, I'm "momming" our wonderful boys in a home I share with my amazing husband! My world is a fluid one where everything flows together and keeps me busy and engaged, which is how I like it!

We have two young, rowdy boys who LOVE the beach! We took them to Hawaii in March 2018 and all they wanted to do was lie in the sand and let the waves wash over them. Mom had her hands full with daily washing of sandy swim trunks! They are beach kids... who live in the midwest. We want our boys to grow up fostering their love of the water and the beach, and we want them to have a sense of home when we're away. That's why we bought and manage in Sandestin - for our boys!

This condo is perfect for 2 couples or a small family. There is no sofa sleeper, which is actually what we prefer! No reason to have people sleeping int he communal space of 1,100 square feet!
