This beautiful studio is located in "Playacar" in the heart of Playa del Carmen, just 10 minutes drive from the famous 5th Avenue and a 5-minute drive from the beach.
The studio is equipped with modern furniture and has a kitchen-living room with double futon and a bedroom with king-size bed. The bedroom can be separated from the room by sliding doors to ensure privacy. The studio has a bathroom with shower and a balcony with table and chairs(2).
The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, cooking utensils, stove, cutlery, glasses, plates etc). Mini-split air conditioning, wireless internet, cable TV (Izzy), iron and ironing board, safe, etc. We also provide bath- and pool-towels for each guest, linens top quality, shampoo, Bath gel, toilet paper, beach chairs(2) and sun-umbrella(1).The property has a private parking space and 24/7 private security.
