Included is a starter supply of basic amenities including paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, tea, and spices. You may need to supplement this supply based on individual preferences and Special attention rules:

* 5% Discount off nightly rate for stays of at least 7 nights
* Primary Renter Must Upload Government ID
* No smoking
* No parties or events
* Must be 25 to book and be present throughout the stay
* No college Spring breakers
* You must sign our rental agreement
* To help mitigate fraud a photo of the credit card used to book the home must be uploaded, showing the last four digits of the credit card. The credit card number and name on must match those on the booking.
* A credit card security deposit HOLD is required
* All rentals subject to 3.5% Sedona Hotel Tax, 3.5% Sedona Hotel/Motel Additional Tax, and 6.325% Yavapai County Tax
