Welcome to our 5 bedroom with optional 6th bedroom home, “Reel’em Inn” Big Pine Key, an excellent location for a relaxing vacation with family and friends 31 miles from Key West’s Mile Marker 0. This spacious 5-bedroom home is on a double lot with plenty of parking and 150 feet of seawall. There is a step-down platform for easy access to your boat, a fully enclosed outdoor shower, an outdoor table, and a heated, in-ground swimming pool for relaxing after a day on the water. The dock has easy access to an airconditioned Ice Room containing a large ice machine and two freezers to store your bait and catch of the day.
The main living area is on the 2nd floor which allows views of the canal and partial views of Bogie Channel. The large open area living room, kitchen, and dining room space with a big screen TV and shuffleboard is perfect for family and friends. The fully furnished kitchen contains all the cooking utensils that you should need. The canal side of the house has a spacious screened-in porch balcony for watching the sunrise and relaxing after a hard day on the water.
The upstairs also contains three bedrooms and a laundry room. The large master bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and TV. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twins, and a hall bathroom with two sinks and a large tub complete the upstairs.
Downstairs is bedroom #4 with a queen and bunk beds and an adjacent hallway bathroom, and bedroom #5 with a queen, twin bed, and en-suite bathroom. A second living space with a refrigerator, pub table, coffee bar, and TV is downstairs.
The Crow's Nest is perfect for afternoon drinks and sunset viewing. The outdoor gazebo provides great shade for meals and socializing. The two screened-in porches protect our guests from no-see-ems and mosquitos. A favorite spot is the outdoor swing/daybed. The outdoor grill, large ice machine, extra refrigerator, and two outdoor chest freezers to store your bait and catch are provided to ensure a hassle-free vacation. A second laundry room is located downstairs via an outside entrance. The MIMO Wi-Fi provides coverage throughout the house and much of the outside space. A desk and computer monitor allow you to work if needed, and fish in the afternoon. Dogs are welcome. Linens and towels are provided. A 28 day minimum stay is required.
A 6th bedroom with en-suite bathroom is available for an additional fee if more space is needed.
