Large Beach House - 2 Full Kitchens, Hot Tub

Stay in our cozy beach house, just two blocks to the beach! Our unique space is perfect for large extended family get togethers or groups who are looking for separate spaces under one roof. In just a short 5 minute walk, you can be at the beach with your toes in the sand, enjoying your morning cup of coffee while you watch the sunrise. Heaven!

The Space:
Welcome to our home away from home! Here, you can unwind with cozy afternoon naps after a long, salty day at the beach, and later, gather around the dining table for an exhilarating game of Scrabble.

Keep your supply list to a minimum; our fully equipped kitchen likely has everything you need.

Treat yourself to a cup of Fair Trade, single-origin coffee and savor a sunrise or two on our eastern-facing top deck.

Rinse off from your morning beach yoga session in our hot/cold outdoor shower, then take a plunge in the hot tub and ease into pure vacation mode bliss.

After a day like that, you'll be sleeping like a baby on our super comfortable beds. We offer 7 of them: 2 kings, 1 queen, 1 twin/full bunk bed, and 1 twin bunk bed. Our sofas also comfortably sleep 3.

If you must tackle laundry on vacation, we've got you covered with two washers and dryers.

Back to those vacation vibes – we have plenty of beach gear and towels. If we don't have what you need, we can provide excellent recommendations for bike and beach tent rentals. (Some even deliver and set them up on the beach for you!)

And, did we mention we have two kitchens? If you enjoy dining al fresco, our second fully stocked kitchen, with French doors opening up to the patio, awaits. Complete with a table for 6, gas grill, hot tub, smokeless fire pit, and an all-around awesome hangout spot. There's even a grassy area for our four-legged guests.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property.

The Neighborhood:
Our quiet little residential neighborhood is nestled among the dunes at Crescent Beach -- just a 15 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and short walk to the beach.

Getting Around:
Driving is the best option to get around St. Augustine. Uber/Lyft are available and recommended if you plan to go out at night.

Other Things to Note:
Pets considered on a case by case basis. Pet fees apply. Please inquire before bringing pets to ensure you do not incur additional fees.

Our house is located on a busy stretch of A1A. Please use extra caution when pulling in and out of the driveway. Ensure side gates are fully closed and children and pets should have supervision when out front.

When leaving the house for the beach, take the sidewalk to the left, and turn left at the first street, Sea Oats Road. There is a sandy path at the end of the road that leads to the beach.
