Nice apartment in best city center location. Fast internet. Living room. Kitchen. Fridge. Heating. Towels. Hair dryer. Very comfortable bed. Two separate rooms. Ideal for 2-4 people. Bright. Spacious. Quiet.

Situated on the last floor with an elevator, the apartment is completely overlooking into a side street and a little garden, therefore it is very quiet, despite being in the middle of Vienna's vibrant city centre.

The designer bed is 220cm wide and therefore ideally fits two people.

There is a separate dining room with a dining table and separate the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator will give you the possibility to cook while your stay.

Free fast internet with WIFI.

All necessary towels and bed linens are always provided fresh and clean!

Vienna´s historical city center and most famous sights are reachable by foot.
The flat is situated in the 4th district near to the opera. This area is absolutely safe and famous for many contemporary art galleries. Lots of cafes and restaurants are in this area. Supermarkets just around the corner.

-Viennas state opera: 8 min walk
-Naschmarkt-Viennas biggest market with many restaurants in all price categories: 2 Minutes
-The museum-quarter, the biggest quarter for contemporary art in Europe with a bright range of bars and restaurants: 12 min walk

Excellent public transport connection: Station "Karlsplatz" with underground line U1, U2 and U4 is only 4 min walk away.
With line U1 you just need one stop to "Stephansplatz" where you find the famous St. Stephans Cathedral and the center of the old town. With line U4 you get directly to "Schönbrunn" or to "Landstrasse" where you can change to all trains going to the airport.

4 tolle Tage in Wien

Alles hat perfekt funktioniert. Sehr netter Kontakt im Vorfeld und vor Ort, Check In hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben, sauber, gemütlich und die Lage ist optimal. Vielen Dank... gerne wieder!! :-)

Excellent location. Great food, near naschmart and easy walking distance to public transportation. GoogleMaps is helpful except for walking. As a landmark it is close to the technical college. Communication was great and flexible at booking. Communication could be more frequent 42 to 24 hours prior to occupancy. Quiet, clean would not hesitate to stay again.

The host was in communication right from the start and greeted us upon checkin and showed us the entire apartment. The apartment was spacious and had all the proper amenities. Well located and very close to major transit hub, grocery store, and restaurants.

Great Neighborhood.

The property was great. The washing machine worked better than mine at home. The neighborhood had everything you could ask for. The bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the elevator did not work for the 3 days we were there. In Europe, the ground floor starts at 0 and we were on the 5th floor. My husband and i are in our late 70s. It was tough going up. I will also repeat advice from another traveller, there is no tv so judge accordingly.

Beautiful apartment

A very spacious and well decorated apartment. And the location was outstanding - walking distance to the train station and a grocery store and huge market. Celebrated a birthday dinner at Motto Am Fluss which was excellent. Tons to do and see and just a train stop away.

Great location!

The apartment is in a great location…a short walking distance to the Inner City area. We were here in January and when we arrived, the apartment was very hot inside. We were able to turn the heaters down and use the fan and it did cool off. We noticed that a lot of the buildings that we entered were very warm inside! The accommodations were great! The bedroom and living areas are very spacious. The coffee provided was fantastic! It is a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants and grocery options nearby. There is no television, which I did not realize when booking but this was not a big deal as we spent most of our time out exploring the area.

Walkable to City Center and Christmas Markets

Eva & Michi were very helpful and attentive. Check in was a breeze. We found the key to the apartment difficult but they came to the rescue in 10 minutes. Apartment was clean and comfortable, all amenities as list - note there is a drying rack, not a machine dryer. There is a laundromat in walking distance and several eateries nearby.

Great Location & Hosts

The apartment is very centrally located and within easy walking distance to all the major attractions. There were also a number of restaurants just outside the apartment building and a small, well stocked grocery store (Billa) less than a block away. Check-in was a breeze. Eva and Michi kept in contact with us throughout our flights and were very accommodating. The apartment has a large bedroom and living room and a good sized kitchen. Fans during a hot spell were a life saver. The apartment is very good value and I will be recommending to our family and friends.

Accueil policier d'une jeune femme qui n'a fait aucun effort pour nous aider. Attention tout est minimaliste dans cet appartement Ikea Le minimum d'équipement Le four ne peut être utiliser car pas de grille et sale Le frigo ne ferme pas pas de prise rasoir ni de poubelle dans sdb Aucun livret d'accueil qui puisse remplacer le manque de renseignement de la gardienne de prison qui nous a pris de haut. Pas de garage malgré le descriptif d'Abritel. Heureusement garage public pas loin Le seul intérêt est la position dans la ville Les équipements sdb et cuisine sont vieux et abimés et tout juste pour des sandwiches Lappartement est une fournaise en cas de chaleur Le lit Ikea est entouré d'une barre en bois très gênante Aucune explications sauf photos de nos passeports et document a signer en Allemand sans explication; Quand j'ai averti que le WiFi ne fonctionnait pas la réponse fut que c'était moi qui ne savait pas me brancher alors qu'en effet la panne venait de l'appartement Bien trop cher pour ce que c'est TROUVEZ UN AUTRE APPARTEMENT ET FUYER CES EXPLOITEURS DE TOURISTES Je demande a abritel de me contacter

Great location

This apt. was perfect for exploring the city center and remarkably quiet at night. Plenty of stores and restaurants close by and the kitchen had everything we needed to fix breakfast and pack lunches for our walks. Grateful for the coffee that was provided. We parked in the TU WIPARK just a block away for about $9 a night. Very convenient.

Spacious and clean, close to the opera

The apartment was easy to get in and out of and close to so much. There’s a great coffee shop, Blue Orange just steps away. I loved the shower! Hot water and wonderful shower head. The towels were thick, white and clean. The bed was comfortable by European standards. No A/C but the windows open wide.

Great location ....

We enjoyed our stay in Vienna and the apartment worked well for us. Check in was fine; we got some information about restaurants and shopping in the immediate area. The location is great and the kitchen allowed us to eat some meals pulled together from the excellent street markets which we found in every district of the city. Although the apartment is very close to the Naschmarkt, there are better markets for shopping further from apartment but easy to get to on the metro or by trolley. While Operngasse is a busy street, the apartment is very quiet. Nice place and location is the strongest positive. The apartment could use a floor lamp ... the only lighting in the living/dining space comes from ceiling lights.
