Solara Resort is one of the newest vacation home resorts in the Orlando area, with first-class amenities for an amazing vacation experience. You can find the incredible FlowRider® - a surf simulator that is the delight of adults and children alike. You can also spend time in the gratifying climate-controlled pool or the splash pad designed especially for the little ones. Solara Resort boasts a fitness center and multiple sports courts for active families.

Perfect getaway

We loved staying at this place. It was comfortable, quiet, and very entertaining. The spa was my favorite place of the house. We stayed in the pool area most of the time. The pool area was perfect for our BBQ gathering. Beautiful house, awesome club house. Absolutely the perfect getaway!

Perfect house with my family

The house was spotless and as described. It is a great place to relax; the property was well-kept, clean, and comfortable; the new floor and wall painting impressed me in the first place when I stepped into the house. We enjoyed the sunsets off the patio. This was the perfect place to stay for a fantastic time away.

It was a very nice get away for me and my family. The only issue was no trash pick up the entire time we where there. Need more towels and extra linens. The house was nice and spacious.

Amazing Place to stay for our Vacation

a very wonderful trip. The house is very beautiful. We feel very comfortable when entering the house. The clean and airy bedrooms give us the feeling of being in our own home. In the afternoon, the whole family swims together, cooks and eats very well, a trip beyond expectations. I think everyone will feel the same way as I do here.

Christmas family event

Space is great. Location is good. Furniture needs updating. Main problem was nthst house was not cleaned well on arrival. Bummer. And when we needed extra towels it took 24 hours. Just poor attention to details.

The only thing that was not up to the expectations were the slow running shower drains. The garbage was not picked up at the time that it was supposed to be 7am. Everything else was great.

This property was a complete disappointment, and the way the host handled the situation was unacceptable. From the start, we immediately express our concerns with the state of the property. We reported a missing toilet seat immediately upon arrival. While the host eventually agreed not to charge us for it, they still withheld part of our deposit, citing a supposed stain on the sheets. No photos or proof were ever provided, despite our repeated requests. Meanwhile, we submitted full photographic evidence of the property’s condition — which was far below any reasonable standard.Here’s what we encountered:•Out-dated, worn-out furniture•Water stains on the downstairs ceiling•Broken kitchen cabinets•No window covering in the first-floor bathroom, despite close proximity to neighbors•Remote control with no batteries•Misrepresented bed sizes that disrupted our sleeping arrangements•A dirty pool tableTo suggest we are responsible for a stained sheet while ignoring the overwhelming neglect of the property is not just unfair, it’s insulting. We went out of our way to clean up after ourselves, even washing all towels with detergent we purchased, which was not required.Refusing to refund our full deposit, knowing the condition of the property, is a blatant disregard for accountability and basic hospitality. This experience was not only frustrating it was disrespectful. I strongly advise others to avoid this listing and document everything if you choose to stay

We were there to attend a football game

Property is immaculate. The pictures reflect the true look of the property. The huge let down was that the microwave NEVER worked. The motor came on but never cooked or warm food. The other major embarrassing thing is the oven did not work. The manager sent a serviceman on our second day. He fixed the oven, but not the microwave. So heating up food took forever using the oven. While this was a let down, I would rent the property again if assured that all appliances work.

Disappointed – Renter/Consumer!

My family and I reserved this property from Nov 23rd thru 27th. We were excited to be together under one roof for Thanksgiving for the 2nd year in a row. The communication with the hosts was fluid and very responsive to all my questions never missing a beat to ensure all my questions were answered. UNTIL my last payment and signed contract, which took place on Nov 22nd. We checked-In on Nov 23rd the house is beautiful. My family started to arrive and we needed to use the microwave, upon using it we noticed it was not warming our food even putting it on a 3 -4mins setting, and the food wasn’t hot. Then, later that evening as everyone arrived which was (20) guests in total. We needed to increase the temperature to lower than 72 degrees, guess what that wasn’t happening! As the system is regulated/controlled by the owner or host. We do not know! My first message to (the hosts) was about 7-8 pm, but was unanswered – my message was to explain the concerns we were facing (the microwave isn’t working and the house was a bit warm) the only areas in the house that had ceiling fans are the downstairs main family room and upstairs den areas. I figured it was Thanksgiving eve perhaps that’s the reason for not responding to my message, so the next day I resent the same message, but added additional concerns because at this point we noticed the refrigerator was cooling our food. Again, my messages went unanswered, so I decided to contact VRBO directly thinking they can help expedite the process of my concerns. Nope, VRBO was only able to send (the hosts) a message that I was having issues with the property. I received no reply or call back. Now, Friday, November 25th comes, we need to warm up our thanksgiving leftovers but don’t have access to a microwave, so I purchased one from Walmart. In the meantime, no call or reply from The hosts. As we started to warm up our food, we take out the potato salad and noticed it was spoiled, due to the refrigerator not keeping our food cold enough. My bits of patience started to wear thin! I message the hosts AGAIN – no response to any of my messages. It’s now Saturday, November 26th. We continue to use the microwave I purchased from Walmart and still no reply or call from the host. I returned home on Sunday, November 27th I messaged the hosts to inquire about when I will receive my deposit, but I have yet to receive a call or message back regarding my concerns NOR my deposit.
