Cookware, utensils and cleaning supplies make it easy for cooking homemade meals. 24 hour gym access. Community pool and bbq grills. The apartment is 15 min from City Centre & Memorial City and 25 min from the Galleria.

The space:
Kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances with water filtration. Kitchen is stocked with basic seasonings and a Keurig with k-cups, creamer, and sugar provided. The bedroom is a queen memory foam hybrid mattress and a double (full sized) air mattress is provided to accommodate up to two additional guests.

We have included body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for your use. Laundry also has detergent and bleach available.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the community gym 24/7 with key fob and the pool from 8am-10pm with access code. There is free parking through the gate with an access code or the key fob.

Other things to note:
Long term stays are welcome. This space is perfect for traveling professionals.

There is a $75 pet fee per pet.

Guest must climb stairs to reach the unit.

Early check in or late check out may be available for an additional fee. Confirm with host.
