Important to Note: This house is dog-friendly, with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum of two). Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. There is an exterior security camera. Blue Ridge View is available to rent monthly. Included in the monthly rental rate is a $400 monthly power allowance & a $100 monthly water allowance.
