This family-friendly beach abode grants guests access to The Colonnades' shared amenities that include a hot tub, sauna, grilling area (propane and charcoal), outdoor shower, and so much more!

The spacious, private balcony offers picture-perfect views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico, along with two Adirondack gliders, two Adirondacks and, and four bar stools, creating the perfect spot for meals al fresco! The living area is a great spot to unwind and rest after a fun-filled day at the beach (with private beach access) or the pool - it's furnished with comfortable sofas and a flatscreen Smart TV with cable and streaming services. The wet bar with a minibar and an ice maker is perfect in case someone decides to show off their bartender skills and prepare tasty cocktails and drinks. The kitchen is a delight and the chef of the group will fall in love with all the stainless steel appliances available.

Things to Know
Do not hang towels, clothes, or other materials from the balcony.
Pool/spa hours are from 9 AM to 10 PM. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Fitness room hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
