Welcome to our chic and captivating River North Retreat, a proud member of the ComeVisitNashville family of homes! This spacious 3-story townhome boasts 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining room, and living room that invite you to unwind.

Both bedrooms are on the third floor and come complete with private bathrooms and charming balconies. The primary suite is a sanctuary with a queen bed, a sprawling en-suite bathroom featuring a massive walk-in shower, and a private balcony with seating. The second bedroom is equally delightful, offering a queen bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a generously sized balcony.

Not to be overlooked is the living room, where the couch transforms into a surprisingly comfortable queen-size sofa bed, ensuring everyone has a plush place to sleep. Designed for comfort, the living room features ample seating and a flat-screen TV with YouTubeTV for local channels and all your streaming needs (bring your own account logins). If you're a music enthusiast, the record player and curated vinyl collection set the stage for a perfect soundtrack. Feel free to indulge in a quiet night-in with our collection of board games.

The fully-stocked kitchen is a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking. With a dishwasher, espresso and coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, slow cooker, blender, and more, you have everything needed to whip up and savor delicious meals. The dining table and kitchen bar area provide an ideal setting for shared culinary adventures.

For your convenience, there's a half-bathroom on the second level, along with the kitchen, dining, and living room. We've got you covered with towels, hair dryers, and an iron/ironing board. And yes, there's a washer and dryer, making laundry a breeze.

We welcome up to two potty-trained, well-behaved dogs for a nominal fee of $25 per night per dog. More details can be found in our House Rules.

Our private garage accommodates 2 compact cars or 1 larger vehicle, depending on size. Please note that parking is limited to the garage only.

Nestled in East Nashville, our townhome is at the heart of the foodie, artist, and hipster scene. Immerse yourself in the artsy vibe with a myriad of incredible restaurants, coffee shops, bars, boutiques, parks, and music venues within a few square miles. TopGolf is a mere 5 minutes away, and downtown/Broadway beckons just 3 miles from our doorstep.

— HOUSE RULES —

We've got a set of house rules to ensure everyone has a fantastic stay. Failure to follow these might lead to additional charges or, in the worst-case scenario, termination of the reservation without a refund.

📝 Booking Agreement: Please sign the digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or ASAP if you’re arriving in the next 5 days). Failure to do so may lead to cancellation based on the agreed-upon cancel policy. We want to make sure everything’s set for your stay!

🏡 Treat It Like Family: Be a thoughtful guest — imagine it's your favorite aunt and uncle's place. Clean up after yourself and leave things as you found them.

🚫 No Shenanigans: Keep it cool — no drugs, illegal activities, unaccounted-for guests, or parties. Breaking this rule could result in your reservation being terminated without a refund. Let’s not part ways on bad terms.

🚭 No Smoking: If you need to puff, do it outside. No smoking or vaping indoors or in the garage.

🏘️ Neighborly Vibes: Respect our neighborhood. Keep noise down after dark, and save the party vibes for Broadway. Nashville's quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am.

🐾 Furry Friends Welcome: Bring up to 2 potty-trained, well-behaved dogs for $25 each per night. Let us know in advance; the fee will be added to your reservation. (On Airbnb it’s collected via their Resolution Center after booking.) Keep your pups leashed outside the home, walk them on the grass by the sidewalk for bathroom needs, and clean up after them. (There is no yard access at the property.) All furniture must remain pet-free unless you cover it with sheets you bring with you. Our space is for dogs and humans only — no other creatures allowed.

💁🏻‍♀️ Age and Guests: The primary guest (the one who books) must be 21+, stay the whole time, and be responsible for the group and the home. Our nightly rate covers 4 guests or less. Extra guests (up to our max) are charged at $20 each per night. Final headcount must be confirmed and paid no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Our max occupancy is firm at 6 guests, and only those listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. No additional visitors for any length of time. Middle TN residents, reach out for approval before making a reservation. Instant bookings by locals are subject to cancellation. Families and children are always welcome, but the home is not child-proofed.

🎉 Festive Decor: Planning to hang decorations? Wall-saver tape is required and all decor must be removed prior to check-out. Any damage to walls, ceilings, or paint will be charged to the guest.

🛠️ Keep Us in the Loop: Accidents happen. Inform us about any breakages or damage so we can address them promptly. We appreciate your honesty.

🧰 Appliances and Repairs: We'll tackle household equipment issues as quickly as possible. If we can't restore an appliance or other equipment to habitable standards (as determined by us), we'll do our best to relocate guests or, if not possible, refund the remainder of the stay. In the rare event this happens, we are not financially responsible for new accommodations.

💼 Liability Matters: We're not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or the loss of valuables on the premises. Guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property and take on all liability and expenses to repair or replace things they break.

🥳 No Confetti or Glitter: Seriously. It's a glitter-free zone. (Bet you didn't think we'd need to say that!)

Our nightly rate covers 1-4 guests. Additional guests (up to 6) are charged at $20 per person per night. Accurate headcount must be confirmed, with additional fees paid for, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Our max occupancy is firm and we cannot accommodate groups larger than 6.

We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs, up to 2 dogs per stay, for a fee of $25 per night per dog. Dogs must remain on-leash at all times outside the rental. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring pets. (Details in House Rules.)

Guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or immediately upon receipt if your arrival is within 5 days) or your reservation is subject to cancellation in accordance with the agreed-upon cancellation policy.

Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM or later, & check-out is 11:00 AM. In some cases it may be possible to arrange in advance for earlier check-in or later check-out for an additional fee.
