Every room was designed with large groups, guest comfort and convenience in mind. The entry level offers open concept with a large kitchen, granite countertops stocked with all essentials. The main level has three bedrooms and two full baths. 6 King beds, ceiling fan, 55” TV, and USB charging stations. Full bath on main floor, conveniently located right next to door to the entertainment garage which also happens to be the master en suite. Additional second full bath located in between bedrooms 2 and 3. Living room on main level is outfitted with TV, as well as Wi-Fi throughout the house. Just outside the patio door is a covered patio with a NG grill and seating area with a large fenced in yard. Walk down the steps and you will immediately be welcomed by a large open concept additional family room with a 3-piece slate pool table, 2 pub style tables for extra seating, and an additional queen-size pull-out sofa sleeper. The lower level has an additional 3 bedrooms and one full bath in the middle of bedrooms 5 and 6. The garage is heated and fully finished with plenty of countertop space for all entertainment needs, including two flat screen TV's to catch all of the pre-game action so you can tailgate right at the house!
