Excellent location! A private 1 Bedroom 1 Full Bathroom 1st floor apartment on the corner of Columbia & Church Street that sleeps four guests. There is a queen bedroom and a leather couch pullout sleeper sofa. We also have an air mattress if needed. You can park your vehicle in the carport or on the street. The washer & dryer are conveniently located in the basement.
We also have 3 bedroom & 1 bedroom apartments in the same building available for your friends. We are 2 Miles to Cooperstown All Star Village! 19 Miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park! Walking distance to Main Street Shopping and Eateries in Oneonta, NY.

This was the perfect place for my husband and I while our son played baseball for the week at All Star Village. Short try to the fields, close to downtown with many places to eat.

Great Stay!

This property had exactly what my husband and I needed for our week at Cooperstown All Star Village. Clean house, comfy bed, warm shower and a full kitchen (washer & dryer were a bonus too). Very close to the ballpark and downtown Oneonta. Host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with.

Great location, clean, great communication. It is a older home with charm, with that it has a slight older home odor but once you get the air circulating its minimal. If you like watching TV in bed you will need to bring a device but thats not a big deal. Overall its a great property and perfect for families in town for baseball tournaments.

The property is as advertised. It is more spacious than the listing photos show. I was in town for a baseball tournament and the location was great for going back at forth to All Star Village. Dave was extremely helpful and quick to respond when I contacted him. I appreciated being able to park in the shade of the carport, right outside the entry.

This place had all the things we needed for our stay while our son played at ASV. It was 10 minutes from ASV, shopping, restaurants, etc. Very convenient location and super clean. The host was awesome. He was very quick to respond to anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was close by Cooperstown All Star Village in quiet neighborhood. But 2nd floor stay was very noisy sounded like people/kids were running all night and slamming doors. Restroom had a very bad urine odor even though it was cleaned.

The property is fine for your All Star Village stay. Close to downtown and about 7 minutes to the fields. Plenty of towels but not enough pillows, sheets and blankets. A/C worked good during the hot summer week

Thanks CJ for the review of 4 stars. We are available all the time if guests need anything extra. We received no notice that you needed more items for the 1 bedroom apartment. We have a total of 6 pillows, 4 on the bed and 2 in the closet. There are extra sheets and blankets in the closet for the pull out all new sofa bed or for whatever you need them for. In the future, please do not be afraid to ask in advance for items that make your stay more enjoyable and not wait to write a review after the fact. Better then the photos

My son was playing in cooperstown and the location was perfect. It was very easy to come back and fourth. The property was very nice and clean and was stocked with everything we needed. The carport was a plus as well, Plus washer and dryer ! Very spacious one bedroom.

Great location to All Star Village

The best part about this unit is that it is about a seven minute drive to All-Star Village. It is also walking distance to downtown where you can get food and drinks. The neighborhood was great during the day but a little bit loud at night. The property manager was easy to work with and get a hold of. My only complaint was that the mattress is VERY soft and likely needs to be replaced. A great option if you are playing at All-Star Village.

1 Columbia Townhome

There was a door open in basement that was open to other unit next door. No lock we moved boxes in front of it. And no lock on basement door. Front door was not a dead bolt lock it was a regular door handle similar to a bathroom door lock. Very unsafe feeling. We checked out early and found another place to stay.

In response to Sheryl's comments. If she asked us for help in the beginning we would show her how safe she was in the apartment. First, the basement door is locked at the bottom of the door on both sides so no one can enter from either apartment. Second, The front door has a Schlage deadbolt lock with a code. It locks automatically when you close the door from inside or out.

Nice clean apartment

The property was as described it was perfect for my husband and myself. There was some construction going on in the apartment upstairs but the property manager made sure we were not inconvenienced and we were out enjoying baseball games at CASV. Very close to everything in the area.

Nice small space for you and 1-2 others. We were in town for baseball and knew we wouldn't be in the house much. Not sure couch is a pull out. TV was all streaming. Owner was on-property working on unit above. Very kind man. Some noise. All good.

Quaint, cozy and close to downtown

This property was clean and exact to the description. It was perfect for my wife and I who were attending my sons baseball tournament at the college for Cooperstown Baseball World. About 25 min ride to Downtown Cooperstown. Our host was super friendly and gave us great recommendations to restaurants. We had a great time!
