Being close to Sevierville means you’re surrounded by nature, and we love that about this location! We also take extra care with routine professional pest control to keep the cabin clean and comfortable. On rare occasions, you might spot a little critter (part of the charm of staying in the Smokies) but rest assured, the cabin is well-maintained and spotless for your stay!

House Rules:

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the cabin is not allowed. Please use the balconies. A $300 fee applies for smoking indoors.

Early Checkin/Late Checkout: We may accommodate these request for a minimal fee of $50.00 (2 hours before checkin or after checkout) depending on our cleaner's availability.

Check-Out Time: Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $75 fee.

Pets: If pets are added to your reservation, the nightly rate already includes the pet fee.

Pet Waste: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Failure to do so may result in a $75 fee per waste pickup, up to a maximum of $500.

Hot Tub Use: No food or pets are allowed in the hot tub.

Guest Limit: Maximum 9 guests. Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited and may lead to early termination of your stay and/or an additional $50 per person per night for extra guests beyond the limit.

No Parties: Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.

No Drugs: Illegal substances are not allowed on the property.

Quiet Hours: Quiet time begins at 10:00 PM in this quaint wooded community.

Fireworks and Open Burning: Both are prohibited year-round.

Toilets: Please use bathroom toilets for their intended purpose only.

Guest Access:
Enjoy seamless self check-in with our smart lock system. Before your arrival, you’ll receive a unique access code, making entry simple and secure! The entire cabin is yours to enjoy from the cozy living room to the game loft and outdoor spaces.

Interaction with Guests:
For your safety and the security of the property, there are three external cameras monitoring the front and rear entrances, as well as the backyard fire pit. There are no indoor cameras, and your privacy is our top priority.

An Echo Dot is available in the living room for entertainment but does not record audio.

Other Details to Note:

Close to Nature: Hillside Haven is tucked near Sevierville and surrounded by beautiful woodlands. We use routine professional pest control to keep the cabin clean and comfortable, but being this close to nature means you may occasionally spot a curious critter. It’s part of the Smoky Mountain experience and doesn’t reflect on cabin cleanliness.

Privacy & Security: For your safety, three external cameras monitor the entrances and backyard fire pit. There are no indoor cameras.

Self Check-In: Easy, secure access with a smart lock and your own unique code

Friendly Outdoor Cats : You may meet a couple of friendly cats around the property; they help with natural pest control and sometimes stop by for a treat. We keep canned food in the kitchen if you’d like to feed them.

Pets Welcome: Up to two pets allowed for an additional fee; please include them in your reservation.

No Parties: All guests must be listed on the booking.
