Thank you for choosing Hotel Phillips. I'd like to tell you a bit more about your upcoming experience-
We purchased the building in December '18 and have been actively renovating it ever since. We are bringing this historic icon back to luxury status & we’re thrilled to get to share it with you! During your stay you may hear and see some of the construction processes taking place, only during normal business hours, of course. Over the summer, we upgraded our WiFi, completed the renovation of our fitness center and opened the 1st floor cafe!
We are now offering 22 hotel rooms at this time, and we currently host several apartment dwellers on the floors that are not under construction. So you may see our guests, staff and residents coming and going throughout the day.
Our Retro Rooms have a fun blend of vintage wall paper, fixtures, built in cabinetry, tile and solid marble counter-tops. The beds and bedding are new and the rooms have been deep cleaned. I stayed in one of the rooms when I first came to town. Let me just tell you, it was a dream come true. If you are looking for a very affordable, clean, safe and charming place to stay, this is the place for you. Your room contains a new flat screen TV with HDMI ports so feel free to watch anything you’d like to stream. If you are looking for a full service hotel, please consider the Hilton.
While staying with us, you will be professionally cared for by our staff.
