Located in the subdivision of Ocean Village just off of 11th St. A quick walk or drive to the beach down Access Rd 1 A.
This is in the golf cart approved driving area.

This corner lot has great balconies to view the Pond and a premier location in Ocean Villas. There is a nice fenced in yard area for your pets (or kids) with views of the surrounding pond. The Shared pool is located across the pond and has a great cabana area for shade. (not pictured)

This property requires a $500 damage deposit check upon arrival.

The Pond has 'Catch and Release' fishing and is stocked with Ducks and Turtles.

When booking please let us know if you are bringing dogs so that we may adjust your balance. The pet fee is $100 per dog, 2 dogs max. We accept all size dogs.

This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.
Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.

Must be 25 to reserve/stay. NO 3rd party rentals. Primary guests must be present for full stay. Only named guests permitted on property. No Parties.
As a reminder if your reservation falls between the dates of March 6-23rd if any guests are under the age of 25.
The reservation will be subject to extra scrutiny, and we reserve the right to cancel due to the age group of guests.

We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.

This property is managed by Beachcomber Vacation Rentals.

Monthly reservations are not available.
