Come relax and escape to our stylish contemporary home tucked into a beautiful Yucca Valley neighborhood. This property is centrally located and on all paved roads with high speed internet perfect for a home base during your desert adventure. Conveniently located minutes from the west entrance of Joshua Tree National Park. Desert Quail Retreat has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, a full kitchen, dining area, hot tub, BBQ and an outdoor fire pit with seating to sit back and relax and enjoy the stars above.

• THE SPACE
The house is surrounded by windows allowing tons of natural light to freely flow in and boasts beautiful views of the desert landscape in every direction. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements for 6 people. Primary bedroom has king bed, 2 guest bedrooms each offer queen beds. The living room has a large TV and a gas burning fireplace with comfortable nooks to lounging around.

The property is yours to roam and relax. With multiple separate lounge areas, we have created the perfect setting for a cup of coffee with the sunrise or a cocktail during Golden Hour.

• THE OUTDOORS
The outside has a large 6 person hot tub, BBQ for grilling, propane fire pit and fully fenced back yard. Dogs are welcome for a $30 per dog fee, please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your furry friend along (2 dogs max).

• RENTAL AGREEMENT
There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation

• DEPOSIT
We do not charge a security deposit. We welcome you and your guests to come to the property without an added security deposit or any extra holds of funds. You will not have to worry about any additional charges for accidental damages!

• A/C AND HEAT
The Desert Quail Retreat has central AC and heat so you can be comfortable all year around.

• FIRE
Due to the location and a current open fire ban there is a strict no outside wood burning fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave.

• WASHER/DRYER
A washer and dryer available to guests that's are staying with us for an extended period for 3 or more days. If you are traveling with an infant or young children please let us know and we will give you access to the laundry room too.

• HOT TUB - LEGAL
Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool and spa.

• GUESTS
You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.

• IDENTITY VERIFICATION
You will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identiy and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text. No keys are used.

By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above.
