LIVING AREA

Two sunlit living areas are each appointed with a 60” TV, plush seating, and stunning mountain views.

Vaulted ceilings soar in the entry-level Great Room, while a gas fireplace provides added allure. Sip drinks at the breakfast table for two in the lower-level family room.

KITCHEN & DINING

The gourmet kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances. You’ll also find helpful gadgets and ample counter space to work culinary magic.

Perch at the kitchen island with seating for two, or gather for family-style meals at the expandable dining table for eight.

BED & BATH

Comfort awaits in the entry-level primary suite, configured with a king bed, 35” TV, and balcony access. The sparkling en-suite bath holds a double vanity and walk-in shower.

The remaining bedrooms are located on the lower level.

The second bedroom has two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds, while the third bedroom includes a queen bed and 45” TV. The adjacent bath has a tub/shower combination.

The fourth bedroom features a king bed, 35” TV, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.

Find a convenient half bath on the entry level.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Take in breathtaking mountain vistas from the front and back porches, as well as the covered balcony. Slide into the bubbling hot tub after a fun-filled day. Enjoy a spectacular Colorado sunset while barbecuing burgers on the propane grill.

Enjoy access to the nearby Club at Granby Ranch, featuring a hot tub and heated pool (open year-round) for a fee of $10/day per person. Children eight and under are free of charge; access is always subject to availability.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a Pack ‘n Play, and a washer/dryer. Parking is available to four cars (two in the garage and two in the driveway).

This rental does not have air conditioning, nor do most homes in the area. Abundant ceiling fans and cool mountain air keep this mountain home at a comfortable temperature.

LOCATION

Your mountain retreat is 5.7 miles to the town of Granby, home to an array of local dining and shopping options.

The Granby Ranch base (1.3 miles) is where you’ll find the Club, on-site dining, and lifts to both summits.

Explore natural attractions with just a short drive to Lake Granby (11 miles), Hot Sulphur Springs (15.5 miles), or Winter Park (21.5 miles). Both Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are about 20 miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
