Our Edgewater Beach Resort Condo is updated, clean and in excellent condition. This condo is located in Tower 1 on the 4th floor and is in the ultimate location - not too high or too low, and the panoramic views from this balcony of the Gulf of Mexico are amazing. Condo 504, overlooks the hugely popular lagoon pool! Bask in the sun on your large balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The view is unbelievable from this balcony, and the master bedroom views do not disappoint! Wall of floor to ceiling windows, and a door leading to the balcony! There are only a few 1 bedroom deluxe condos at Edgewater and this condo has a very spacious floor plan. The condo is extremely large with over 1000 square feet of living area. The massive master bedroom suite and the living area both open onto the gulf front balcony. You will find everything up to date, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, flat panel Televisions and free wireless internet. This condo sleeps 4 comfortably.

Condo 1-504 is located in Tower 1 on the 5th floor at Edgewater Beach Resort. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25. Your 2023 Registration Packet is $70 for up to (4) guests. One additional vehicle may be added for $20. You will be required to register and pay online for your packet.
