The Space:

Nestled in a private estate, Villa Lamaan is a sumptuous 7-bedroom property located just minutes from the prestigious golf courses of Marrakech.



With its 1120 m² of elegant interior spaces and its 4600 m² of exterior spaces, this villa harmoniously combines Moroccan architecture and contemporary comfort to create a unique experience.



*The Villa:



Villa Lamaan can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people, offering spacious and bright living spaces. Each bedroom has its own luxurious bathroom and air conditioning. Some rooms also have a private balcony with stunning views of the gardens.



*Bedroom 1 to 6:

Double bed (200 cm), private bathroom with shower or bathtub, WC, air conditioning, dressing room.

Some rooms have a fireplace or a private balcony.

Bedroom 7: 2 Single beds, private bathroom with shower, toilet, air conditioning, dressing room.



*Interiors:

The interiors of the villa are a perfect fusion of modernity and tradition, with a design that combines bohemian touches with authentic Moroccan materials. The large living spaces, such as the lounges, the dining room, and the furnished terrace, offer an ideal setting for relaxing or entertaining. Large bay windows flood the rooms with natural light while offering a view of the lush garden. And for people with reduced mobility, there is an elevator.



*Exteriors:

The vast garden of Villa Lamaan is a true haven of peace. The outdoor swimming pool surrounded by deckchairs and the comfortably furnished terrace invite you to fully enjoy the Moroccan sun. The villa also has a hammam, perfect for moments of relaxation after a day of exploring.



The swimming pool can be heated open request, for 70 euros per day.



*Services and Staff:



During your stay, a dedicated team of a cook and housekeepers is present to ensure your comfort.



Upon request and at an additional cost, our chefs will prepare traditional Moroccan dishes such as couscous, tagines, pastillas, mechoui, and much more, reflecting the richness of the world's second-best cuisine.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will not cook: we offer different meal options.
