Things to Know
Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.
Buildings 3 - 5 are currently undergoing overhead walkway spot repair, estimated to be complete by Feb. 1, 2023. There will occasionally be significant construction noise, such as grinding and drilling.
This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very Nasty

very dirty to the point unhealthy dirty. Dust and mold on vents. Amenities such as pool and beach access was amazing. The unit was not and the listing is very deceiving!

Remodel

For the price it’s a place to stay but it needs a serious remodeling everything is out dated the fan in the bathroom is so load you can’t hear yourself think . On the up side it done it’s purpose the pool was nice and the walk to the beach was short

Gut: Lage

Condo needs updates

Location and view from the unit were nice. Unit needs to be updated some. The kitchen had been redone and was clean, but the rest of the condo needs to be updated. TV in living area is way to small and too far from the sofa to see. Same for the tv in the bedroom. Couldn’t watch it because it’s right beside the bed. The sofa was very uncomfortable and to short to sit on for very long. Baseboards in bathroom and tile were dirty as well as the window seal in the bedroom. W/D to loud to use when in use. Peeling wallpaper and the lock on the front door is hard to unlock and gets stuck. Luckily, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Overall we had a nice stay, but for the money we paid for the unit, it could have been better.

Ok, with issues

This unit needs a little work. First, the door key is very difficult to get "just right" to turn it, and a few times we thought we wouldn't be able to get it back out. The dishwasher door has no stops or springs, so it falls to the floor when open, and has to be slammed shut. Which is fine, since it didn't fill with water and work either. The washing machine is VERY loud, made worse by not having a door at all on the little closet it's in to block any of the sound. I will say it was nice and clean, though the cleaning crew wasn't finished until about 4:15 or so when check-in was at 4:00. In summary, there are better choices.
