With room for everybody in your group, this two-level suite offers plenty of privacy during your stay. The first-floor main bedroom features a king-size bed. An additional two bedrooms are located upstairs and feature an additional king bed in one and two doubles in the other. The living room has a sofa sleeper which is perfect for children. Enjoy some sun on the white sandy beach or take a swim in the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. With a full-size kitchen, you can make a quick sandwich then head back outside for some fresh air and maybe a quick dip in the pool. Conveniently located to restaurants and shops, Sugar Beach 326 is a great way to enjoy everything Orange Beach has to offer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Everything you need

This is an older property that could use a glow up, but it’s a friendly place and was kept up well. The condo was everything we needed. Nothing fancy about this place at all but it fit our needs perfectly and we had a great time.

Great Spring Break Weekend 💯🎉🤗.

Overall had a nice visit. Dryer vents into the kitchen right where you are cooking. Since dryer vents into the living area, the AC had an issue keeping up. Wine chiller never worked. Make sure you bring your own beach towels.

Been coming to sugar beach for years and this was the first time in this unit. It was good needs some minor updates with the walls but overall good unit. We have always loved our stays here but we would love the sugar shack to be open more often.

Good vacation

I enjoyed the stay at Sugar Beach. Our condo could use a little work on air unit. Not enough elevators and the property manager in 200 was not very friendly. Other than that things were fine.

This property is gross. The two outdoor pools close to the beach were very nice. The other pole that was between the buildings was closed. The outside of the property is a little sketch because it needs significant maintenance. The condo itself was disgusting. Dirty, dusty, holes in the linen, pink mildew on the shower curtains, six shower curtain hooks when they should be 12. It was just disgusting. I would never stay here again.

Clean linens, couch a little worn, more toilet paper needed four women. Picture showed Keurig so did not bring coffee or filters which were necessary for the coffee maker. Access to beach was great. Showers didn’t drain, couch was black from dirt, the beds didn’t have sheets on them, and the manager offered to bring us a $175 Visa card for our troubles and never showed

Nice condo

The dryer vent is not attched so when you dry anything it blows all over the condo. The air conditioner intake was covered in 1-2 inches of dust. Besides that it was an okay stay. Close to the beach. Like the sinks in the room and the shower and toilet separate. Helped with congestion with the bathroom

Just okay

The building is older, which I can respect, but the elevators were like a hot box without any air conditioning and extremely slow. We took the stairs up/down three flights throughout our stay. The beach access and pools were nice. Our unit, 326 is in need of a deep clean. The upstairs bathroom’s toilet paper holder was broken, the downstairs bathtub would fill with water while showering, and there were stains on the furniture and walls. The condo sleeps 10 but they only provided towels and wash clothes for five, and there were no extra linens. Management did make it right, after I contacted them due to an electrical issue…we plugged in a box fan, which sparked and caused the entire upstairs to lose power the first night. I expected more for the price we paid.

Nice, clean, roomy condo at a great location

My family of 4--the youngest 17--stayed at this condo. I noticed some questionable reviews before we left home, so I contacted the property manager and was assured that everything would be clean and in good repair. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon. Check-in was quick and easy. My husband doesn't do elevators, so we used the stairs. We did try the elevator a couple times, and it was fine. The unit was clean and nice. My kids each got their own bedroom upstairs, and we had a nice master downstairs. There were some packets of laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, toilet paper, small hand soaps, travel-sized shampoos and conditioners, and a small bottle of dishwashing liquid provided. There were plenty of bath towels provided. Later in our stay, we found a closet with some beach toys and board games. The refrigerator has an ice maker. We didn't use it, but there is a wine fridge. The washer and dryer worked great. This unit has a big balcony with a view of one of the pools. You can also see the ocean from the balcony if you sit in the chair to the right or stand and look to your left. There are so many fun things to do at this condo--go to the beach, swim in 1 of 4 pools, play tennis, play horseshoes, play corn-hole. The corn-hole area had several rocking chairs and a picnic table--all with a great view of the ocean. There was construction next door but it didn't bother us too much. We would stay in this unit again!
