My siblings and I (total 5) spent the weekend in this condo. The bedrooms are on different levels of the home with a great central meeting place in the middle. The weather wasn’t cooperative to much beach activity but we really enjoyed the time within the home. We had room for games, balconies to oversea the bay, exterior furniture and easy access to multiple shopping areas and restaurants. We had several questions during our stay and she was quick and efficient with her responses! Loved the stay!

The pics don’t do the home justice. The home was big and spacious. Def a steal for the amount. Everything was clean, smooth checkin and out. The home was equipped with everything we needed. It’s also near stores and food.

Love the small island beach was not crowded at all house had a few issues with townhouse like the outlets not working ceiling fan in master didn’t work nothing to big but overall I would stay again for the price.

Perfect for relaxing family vacation

We had a really nice week at the Buena Vida town house. The location is great, with walking distance (<10 min) to the only two restaurants, the beach, the gift store, the fishing pier and the sea turtle conservatory.

Older but nice condo on sound side of Navarre beach. Short walk to beach on ocean side.

Perfect family rental

We loved the unit and location. It was perfect for our family and the property manager was wonder at helping locate anything we might need and answering any questions. . Communication/clean/locations all great with this rental.

Loved loved it

We loved the townhouse. It was close to everything. Beautiful property and surroundings. Loved going on the boat dock, swimming pool and the beach was just right there as well. We will definitely be staying her again.

Great location.

We had a great time. The location was great. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. With 6 adults & 3 kids, the 4+ bedrooms were great. 1 of the kids is preteen, so she took the room on the lower level, which was perfect for her.

The condo was clean and in a great location. This unit does need some maintenance. There were several doors that needed repair. We absolutely love the pool and fishing area from the dockThe only downfall to this condo complex is the locals who live here. They are not very friendly. We have stayed at this complex several times in the past, and we have had an issue with local residence every single trip. It is very apparent that the locals do not like the visitors.We have had issues with using the dock, we have had issues with parking, and we have also had issues at the pool. My best advice is to ignore the locals. They seem to want to scare everyone away from this condo complex. We were very respectful, and no matter what we always seem to have an issue.Other than the locals being rude, this was the perfect place to stay.

Very nice property

I would definitely stay again. We had to book last minute because of a family emergency. We did not come down for a vacation so we really didn’t get a chance to benefit from all it had to offer. It was nice that we all got to stay together and we were very comfortable.

Lovely place for family reunion!

The unit was newly renovated with new appliances. The rooms were what we expected. We really enjoyed our time at Buena Vida. The only problem we encountered was that the electrical outlets in all the bathrooms did not work and we had to make adjustments to use appliances in other rooms.

The table umbrella on the back porch did not work properly and A few things needed to be repaired before we stayed but the overall state was great. We were promisedA broom to be brought to the house two different days and never did get one. Still a fun stay

Loved it!

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful, plenty of room for my family of 8. The kids loved the tennis court, the pool, and the access to the Bay behind the pool. Beach supplies in the garage was really nice. Communication with the host was easy, both ladies i communicated with before during and after our stay was super easy, fast replies, they are truly good hesrted and kind people. The walk to the beach/pier was easy, anout 4 minutes, and wr had 6 children with us. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful!!

This property is more beautiful than in the photos! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this for any group up yo 10/12. What I loved, was the privacy of each couple….and kids can watch tv, or play games in the bottom entertainment area and adults can visit in the open lounge, dining room area. Unfortunately it was too cold to spend time on the deck, but plentiful space there too. If I could give this a higher rating than 5, I would.

Beautiful beach house in amazing location

We spent a lovely week at this amazing location - Playing tennis at the tennis courts, visiting the beautiful white sandy beach (a 5 minute walk), eating at Juanas beach restaurant and other restaurants on the mainland nearby, and visiting the nearby attractions such as the world-class Gulfarium. It was the coldest week for twenty years, but the cosy house and beautiful village made it a great stay. Heidi came by with lots of games a helped make it even better for the kids. Thank you for all the thought you put into the house.

Family Beach Trip

We loved our stay at Navarre! The townhome was perfect for our family of 11. Loved the decoration especially the master bedroom and bath! There was a 5-7 min walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded except on July 4th. The bay was a 5 min walk. Nobody in our family had played much tennis but because the tennis courts were right behind our balcony they really enjoyed playing. The house provided lots of beach stuff…wagon, floats, small canopy, umbrellas. You could also walk to the longest pier in USA and watch sea turtles and dolphins or could fish. Only thing challenging was the walkway to the beach had a lot of stairs making a heavy wagon difficult to pull. We learned to ditch the wagon, everybody carried their own chair and just carry less stuff! Overall it was a great experience!

Don’t book the place

Our staying at that place was horrible. Starting from two day before leaving the owner called us and tell me that plumbing pump at the condo broke and would not be ready for Thursday night . She did give us option across the street and we did accepted because we planned this trip for weeks . When we got there on Thursday night we found down from the manger that the owner overbooked and someone is staying at the condo . We had to take many staff ( coolers , fishing rods, clothing ) to the 3 floor appointment that we scheduled for us and the elevator did not worked. The appointment smell bad and there was construction outside so we could not even use the balcony . I typically don’t write any bad reviews but she lie to us and people need to check her place because making any plans

Ewa It is unbelievable what people can say and do for money. When I called you I gave you the choice for a full refund and offer to help you to find another place, you declined and accept to spend the first night on a nice condo, ocean view across the street. You checkin at 11:00pm and you check out at 7:00am, so you spend 8 hours there and your review is about the apartment and not about My Property, also you are referring to the apartment as an “appointment” and I don’t know if that is because you want this review to be even more confusing. My house doesn’t smell bad and there is not construction outside. So after all the issues you asked for a late checkout and you left my property at 11:00pm and then you want a refund! You told me that if I didn’t give you your money back you will give me a bad review…
