Mediterranean retreat!!

Esta Villa le ofrece comodidal, seguridad, privacidad y al mismo tiempo estar conectado con la naturaleza con diferentes arboles frutales. La propiedad cuenta con un muro perimetral que mide 7 pies de altura, disfrute del area de la Piscina, cuenta con una Zona de Barbacoa y cocina equipada y hamacas a su alrededor, ideal para reuniones familiares.
Aclaracion importante: La parte que se renta son las dos habitaciones del frente de la casa, la capacidad es la siguiente, la #1 tiene 3 camas matrimoniales( Queen size) y un sofa la habitacion (capacidad para 6 personas) # 2 tiene 2 camas matrimoniales (Queen size) y un sofa (capacidad 4 personas), otro dato importante nunca se renta a dos diferentes grupos siempre para darles privacidad.
Tambien existe una camara enfocando el frente de la casa y el area de la piscina por seguridad
Otra aclaracion
El Rancho no esta en frente de la playa, esta como a 10 mins manejando

Relaxing get away!

Excellent rural location, away from the hustle an bustle of the city. You feel very safe, and it's very quiet. Just what we were looking for. The property manager was very attentive and responsive to all our needs.

Peaceful and Pleasant experience

The house is amazingly large, with a lot of green areas, the barbecue zone is impressive, the pool is welcoming and a very peaceful location, the manager is very helpful and readily available.

Very Spacious and great for a larger family

We loved the property! It had mostly everything that we needed. The property does not have running hot water. Besides that, it had plenty of things to keep the whole family occupied.

Great!

It is an amazing place. It was clean . Nice property and the caretaker was amazing. The property has everything you need . He went above and beyond for us to be comfortable and made sure we had what we needed . We will definitely be back. The property has nice pool and bbq area. Huge yard with fruit trees.

Definitely recommend!

Host communication was great and efficient. The check in process was very smooth and easy. The landscaping person that was in charge was helpful and very nice. We had gotten there right after the storm which blew a lot of dirt and leaves into the pool and surrounding areas, we communicated with our host and they were on it within the hour. We truly cannot rave enough about this place. We will definitely come back in the future!

All communication with Marvin was exceptional. The manager Gerardo was available at any time we needed always with a friendly smile. He kept properly, all facilities in perfect condition daily. We feel we’ve made friends we will cherish forever. A taste of paradise made perfect in El Salvador. We will definitely return. A great introduction to this wonderful country!

Private Paradise

We had a great time staying at this property! The lot is huge and beautifully maintained, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The two rooms provided are very spacious and comfortable. While access to the main kitchen and living room isn’t available, there’s still lots of common space—the larger room has a table, and the gazebo area offers tons of comfortable seating with a huge table.The groundskeeper was super friendly and attentive. He made sure the pool was cleaned every morning and ready for us to enjoy. We also loved picking fresh mangos from the trees and spotting iguanas and garrobos nearby—it really added to the tropical vibe!The outdoor kitchen setup with coal, plus a microwave and fridge, was perfect for our needs. There were a few ants outside, but nothing inside and it didn’t bother us at all—just part of being in nature.Another plus: it’s only a 10–15 minute drive to the beach, which made it easy to come and go throughout the day. Overall, a peaceful and relaxing stay. We’d definitely come back!

Mediterranean retreat- pros/cons

Pros:Loved the outdoor pool area.Perfect for big gatherings . We hosted a wedding with about 50 people no problem. Outdoor kitchen, seating area and pool are very nice.Very kid friendly.Cons:Did not love the house itself.Cooking area at the house-didnt even use needs replaced.Bathrooms-toilet, had to flush several times to work and the shower little water pressure. No hot water. Went 1 day with no water at all for shower.Beds-not very comfortable.If your looking to be close to the beach Its actually about 20 minutes to get there.Overall. If your an outdoors person and want to hang out at the pool area this is for you. If you want an indoor place to hang out, cook etc.. you should probably find another place.

To start, you told me that you were going to have about 10 to 12 visitors and now Im finding out that you actually hosted a wedding (50 people) , I have giving you my number and the caretaker cell number and I never hear any complaints from you during your stay, 95 % of my reviews are excellent, obviously someone is exaggerating or lying.
