This a good place for a short stay. Though the room itself is quite small. the bed is comfortable and the bath is spacious. The blackout shades work well for sleeping. Internet connection
is very good. A bonus (for cat-lovers) is the owners’ friendly cat, who visited us several times. About the location: having a car is highly recommended. Although the fabulous Perlan complex is only a ten minute walk, downtown Reykjavik is a much longer walk, which
we didn’t want to take. Be advised that there is no TV, and a small wall-mounted set would have been nice. Baldur, the host, was friendly, helpful and accommodating and we enjoyed our brief interactions with him.
