This place was exactly as promised. it met all of our needs. Plus the younger adults were able to take advantage of the thriving Third street party scene.

Pleasant stay

Pleasant stay in a quiet area. Fit my needs for the week, close to everything my family had planned. Only one hiccup which was out of the owners control the Wi-Fi went out and wasn’t able to be repaired during my stay. Owners did try to accommodate us but it didn’t meet our needs. Hopefully it was fixed before the next guests.

Really great stay and would book again if available

Great space to hang out and work. The only issue is that AC isn't central and for it to reach all spaces, you have to leave bedroom doors open. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The location is close to some pretty good places to grab a drink and food. Would book again if available. I accidentally left a step stool and the host did her best to try to help me recover it but the new guests were already moved in. Her communication was really above and beyond.

I LOVE THIS HOME AND CHULA VISTA!!!

A-MAZING VACATION HOME!! Listen to me when I tell you!! If your looking for pure peace and quietness this is this house for you!! CHULA VISTA IS ALL AROUND BEAUTIFUL and the CULTURE is something to see. I’ve never been a LEMON festival….ITS AWESOME!! The pictures of this home is exactly what the home looks like!! The beds are very nice, firm and comfortable we slept well every night. The ambience of the neighborhood is very calming and neighbors arevery friendly and helpful. We were close to everything.. Andrea and Omar are the best!! They responded quickly to all of my questions!! This is my new vacation home!!! I definitely will be booking this home!!

Perfectly Situated Oasis outside of San Diego

This was the perfect place to be able to catch a quick break from the non-stop action of downtown San Diego. Both downtown and the airport were easily accessible, and the place itself was clean, fully stocked, and provided us everything we needed. This definitely was a big factor in what turned out to be an awesome trip. Thanks for the space!

The place was nice and comfortable

The home was in a good area where everything was less than 30 minutes… I enjoyed my stay while my family was here, although there is a AC unit in the living room but none in the the bedrooms so it may get a little warm with all the doors shut.

Cute and very nice place to stay

Very nice, updated and clean home. Neighborhood seemed nice and was quiet. Having the extra 1/2 bathroom was nice. Glad to have parking in a driveway that had room for two cars, as there is little parking on street especially on weekends. Beds were comfortable enough. No central air just a small window unit but it did the job and hey it’s not far from the beach so it’s not that hot. It can get a little warm at night if you closed the bedroom doors. Only one TV in living room and in kinda of a awkward spot, but weren’t there for TV. Close to most tourists locations. Furthest about 20 minutes away. Host was very accommodating and quickly got back to us with any questions we had. Thank you for our pleasant stay. We look forward to booking again and recommend staying here.

Cozy and Convenient

We had a great stay. The house was as advertised and it was in a quiet neighborhood within a couple minutes walk to the Third Avenue Village which had a lot of great restaurants. The house had everything we needed and a nice private yard as well.
