Amazing 2bd/2ba condo! Custom updates, stellar amenities and prime location!

Wonderful 1st floor (no stairs!) condo in the Meadow Ridge community! Minutes to Winter Park and the Fraser Valley. This is not your typical rental unit. Professionally renovated with unique features and cozy comforts. Beautiful and functional kitchen. Open floor plan with dining for six and a spacious living room. Comfortable sectional couch with built-in pull out bed. Wood burning fireplace, updated cove heaters and luxurious radiant floor heating throughout condo. Full size washer and dryer in unit, too! Bathrooms are brand new with heated floors and towel racks to stay cozy during the cold, winter months. Master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom can sleep four with bunks and a queen bed. Covered patio with grill and an outdoor ski locker.

Quiet neighborhood, yet only 100 yards from the Meadow Ridge clubhouse, with access to a shared heated pool, multiple hot tubs, steam room, basketball, tennis, racquetball, fitness area and much more! Avoid having to park at the slopes, with the FREE Lift shuttle bus taking you to Winter Park. Grocery stores, restaurants and nightlife just a few minutes away. Biking and hiking trails nearby, easy access to Lake Granby and Rocky Mountain National Park, too. There's something for everyone at this year-round destination!

Great Vacation

Property is great and everything is very up to date and well organized. Property is in a good location, the bus route comes by 2 times every hour to take you to the slopes. The club house is nice and has a hot tube, gym, and heated pool.

Greatest mountain Getaway

This was a perfect home complete with everything you need for an enjoyable relaxing getaway. This home is quiet, clean and cozy. Owners were available for any questions or concerns. We will definitely stay here again.

Great ski/snowboard vacation.

The condo was as advertised. Everything was very nice and well stocked with everything we needed. Location was very good, the Winter Park bus route comes by the condo and this makes it easy getting to the slopes.

A very nice place. Clubhouse with pool and hot tubs. Kudos for keeping one hot tub adults only! Everything you need is in the condo, including condiments and silver foil, etc. very clean. There were only two things that could be improved…the full bunk bed squeaked with every turn & family room furniture is difficult for us older folks to get out of. If you’re young you won’t have any problems.

Very cozy condo

We loved staying at this property, it was so cozy and comfortable. It had just about everything you could possibly need. The king size bed was very comfortable. Matthew and Tammy were great hosts, if i reached out to them,they answered me right away. We would definately stay here again.

Exactly what my family needed! Great condo!

Condo was great, beautiful, and homey! Had everything you would need just like home. So clean, everything was organized, labeled, and if I had any questions, I could just text the owner and he got back to me so quick! Would definitely book again!

Home away from home

This was our second stay at this property and it didn’t disappoint! We love this condo. We play the games, do puzzles and enjoy the pool and hot tub. It is the perfect condo for a family. It’s close to everything. We will definitely return!

Spring Break

The host were very accommodating. A snow storm came in and they allowed us to check out a little later. The condo has everything you need! I loved the decor and the place was very homey feeling! The recreation center was great! The kids loved the pool and hot tub! It was a perfect place to stay!

Loved staying in this cozy home full of amenities. From the radiant bathroom floors, to the heated towel racks, fully stocked kitchen and everything labeled for the convenience of the guests. Best Stay in Fraser CO ( 20 Minutes to Winter Park Colorado)

We had a great stay at this condo. The Hosta were very helpful. very easy to reach. The codo was very clean spacious and very close to our destination WinterPark Ski resort. Beds were very comfortable and Bathrooms were very clean. Kitchen was very well equiped. We recommend this property to anyone who is visiting Fraser Co or coming to Winter park CO. The free shuttle outside the condo is only about 20 minutes to the ski resort. If traveling by car, it's even faster. Being less than 10 minutes to the town of Winter Park, or 15 minutes to the actual resort allows us to choose which option is most convenient each day. Glad everything worked out for you!

Wonderful Time in Beautiful Condo

We have visited the Winter Park/Fraser area for over 40 years and stayed in many condos. Hands down, this condo is the best of them all! The moment we walked in the door we were so impressed with the furnishings, decor and comfy atmosphere We quickly felt at home and appreciative of all the amenities the condo has to offer. Great place and stay - they thought of everything

This is a great home on the ground level for easy access. It is convenient to the grocery store and approx. 5 mins from the parking at Winter Park, which is where we were visiting. The home has everything needed and extras in the closets. They have thought of everything and stocked the home as best as any that we've stayed in. Very comfortable and well appointed. We would definitely recommend this owner and unit. Bonus, it is close to the clubhouse that has a couple of outdoor hot tubs and heated pool.

Billed as Advertised

Hosts were prompt with their communications and helpful answering questions. The condo was well maintained with high end amenities, i.e. floor heat, towel racks, tastefully decorated at a reasonable price. There was literally nothing more we could have asked for that they didn't provide. The only thing that could have been improved were the hot tubs, the water flow from the jets was almost nonexistent and that's no reflection on the hosts. Great trip, great condo....

Excellent Property

The apartment is very nicely arranged, with quality materials. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of plates, glassware, cups, appliances, and also with extras like ziplock bags, spices, oil, vinegar... Everything is labeled that makes it easy to find/operate. Kids enjoyed the many games that are available. We also enjoyed sitting outside before/after our hikes, there is a small table and 4 chairs. We used the access to the community center that is close by and super nice. The owner is very responsive. Overall we had a great time, and we hope to be back!

Love this condo!

I can tell the owners take great care of their place. Very updated with nice features, including a wonderful open layout and kitchen. Appreciated the heated floors and towel racks. So nice to have little extras like coffee, tea, hot chocolate, kitchen staples and firewood provided. Comfy beds! The washer and dryer came in handy, too. Matthew reached out to us well in advance with lots of useful information. Was always available if we had any questions. Clubhouse across the street with hot tubs and a pool was an added bonus. Can’t wait to come back and stay at their condo again. Thank you!

Amazing Stay!

Our stay at Matthew & Tammy’s condo was awesome! We spent the weekend skiing Winter Park which is only a short drive away. Located in the heart of Fraser we were able to access everything with ease. The condo was cozy and very welcoming. There were so many small details and thoughtful touches to the space that helped us to feel right at home. Matthew and Tammy have labeled all cabinets and items so you know exactly where to look for things, there were fresh towels laid out for us, a binder to look through for local recs and info and so much more. The condo was clean and tidy, and had all of the amenities we could need. When I reached out to Matthew with a question he immediately got back to me with helpful answers and was very kind! I cannot say enough good things, this stay was an 11/10 we hope to return. In addition the clubhouse you get access to is a great spot to relax at, they have two hot tubs and a heated pool.

Perfect family getaway!

Winter Park/Fraser is our favorite mountain getaway and we go there 1-2 times per year. This is the first place we have stayed that we definitely want to rent again. The condo was very nicely furnished and felt like home. There was a room with bunk beds and an additional bed that was perfect for our boys who are 4 and 7. There was an abundance of fun family games and puzzles that made our nights a lot of fun. There was also much more kitchen staples than usual which was really nice for things that we forgot to bring with us. The location is ideal and easy to find. Very quick access to the Fraser tubing hill (one of our favorites in the winter) and just down the road from Safeway. The kids even had a blast finding places to sled right on the property. The clubhouse was really fun for us and the kids. The outdoor pool was kept quite warm, probably around 90 degrees which was optimal for cold days. There are two very large hot tubs, one for families and one for adults. There are large locker rooms and towels available for use. The staff at the clubhouse were always great and welcoming. It is a very quick walk from the condo. Matthew, the owner, was extremely kind and responsive. We had a minor issue one morning that was fixed in minutes after an email through VRBO. Overall couldn't recommend this property more. I'm sure we will be back.

Jodi and her family were a pleasure to host as guests. They took thoughtful care of our condo and reached out with questions. Judging by the review, they enjoyed their stay and the amenities. Would highly recommend Jodi's family to other hosts and welcome them back to our condo in the future!

Fantastic property! Everything is labeled so your not searching for thing. The floors are heated, bested towel racks and a nice fireplace! Fast internet and a great location!
