What a great house to stay in! Very quiet community easy access to groceries and restaurants. Great communication with questions. Our pups were able to go out in the backyard and also enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. Definitely would stay again. Thank you so much!

Laundry was conveniently located out toward the backyard in another room. Air conditioning and ceiling fans kept the home comfortably cool. Rooms were clean and tidy and the host was very accommodating with quick replies to questions and requests.

Loved this place! Rooms are bigger than they look in the listing photos. Greay quiet neighborhood and very convenient quick drive to Desert Diamond Arena where we were going this weekend for University of Arizona graduation ceremony.

And yes the location is key also, like many guests have said it’s super easy to get to the 101 and and all the venues on the west side. Other up and coming events include the Barrette Car show in January. The Waste Management Open in February then All the Spring training games throughout the Valley. The host was welcoming, however the sink had dirt in it, the toilet paper was empty. The main living room light did not work, or the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. And the window in the bathroom in the shower was not locakable. This was the only VRBO I have ever stayed in that the owner expected us to start the laundry and take out the trash. Usually they just want the trash bagged up and dirty linens put in a pile. But it was a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood.
